Absolutely lovely hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff very helpful. The location is excellent for exploring Berlin and transport links a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful
The mood is much more eclectic and individual than the usual brands, making it a fun and refreshing place to stay. There’s lots of good food and shopping immediately around it. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast menu and service on the ground is excellent.
Limited parking at front of property for drop off and pickup.

Perfectly located right above a U-Bahn station which is just 1 station away from Alexanderplatz (major transit hub). Easy to walk to many sights and food options. The hotel room itself was huge! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel offers a “pillow menu” with 3 different types of pillows to choose from. The hotel is stylishly designed and very quirky. The staff were lovely and so helpful.
Only thing is it would be good to have chromecast or something to stream Netflix after a busy day exploring the city

I had a great experience at this hotel. Great atmosphere, lots of facilities for guests, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite sizable, bed was comfortable, view was very nice. It was also very clean. The location was incredible, right outside of the Rosenthaler Platz U-Bahn station which made it easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. The next time I find myself in Berlin I will absolutely book with them again.
My only complaint is that the bathroom was quite dimly lit.

Location was brilliant, close to many lovely bars and restaurants as well as stylish shops. Staff were great - really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself felt very individual with carefully chosen furniture and decorative items. Our bedroom was ready early which was a huge plus. Our bed was very comfy and our bathroom was huge. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided (and smelled amazing). Would certainly recommend.
Room was quite hot. But other than that, no problems!

Great staff. Good location for exploring Berlin. Loved the decor and the general vibe.
If you’re a light sleeper then ask for a room on the courtyard side. The hotel is directly on the tram lines and the noise and shudder of the trams passing meant we had trouble sleeping. We asked to be moved and the staff were great at accommodating that.

We had the family apartment and it was spacious, really clean, very comfortable and nice beds. The shower was really hot and they had lovely shampoos and body wash. It’s really well located. It’s on a busy cross roads but each of the nearby roads have fabulous cafes and restaurants and are actually v peaceful. The train is on the doorstep so simple to get to major attractions. Staff are very friendly and keen to help.
