The location was great, a relatively quiet side street but extremely walkable to all of the food and shops in Torstrasse area, and close to all the big tourist attractions via quick transit/uber ride or even walk (ie a little over 22 min from TV Tower). Our 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment layout was so spacious, modern, and clean, and was excellent for our family which included my two pre-teens, my husband and I, and my elderly in-laws. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for organizing clothes and luggage. Tons of outlets for devices and dedicated wi-fi for the suite. The two bathrooms were spacious and nice. We were there for a week so they asked in advance what day would be good for a midweek refresh, and everything felt tidy and maintained throughout. We were all very comfortable resting and relaxing there between all of the long days of sightseeing. Free 24-hr access to laundry facilities in the basement was so convenient, even stocked with multiple detergent options. We frequently enjoyed the espresso machine and snacks in the concierge. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils and cookware and even a dishwasher if we had wanted to cook. The cafe downstairs was excellent for breakfast. The experience was so much better than staying in a hotel with a larger multi-generational family group like ours. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommend to friends considering travel to Berlin.
My father-in-law slipped in the shower, he wanted me to let the management know that the tiles were quite slippery when wet.

Can’t say enough good things about this accommodation. We loved our ground floor apartment, which was very spacious and definitely took advantage of the snack bar in the lobby office. The café was a great place to grab some breakfast the day we arrived. We were very comfortable in the large accommodation and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again on next trip to Berlin.

We loved the Circus Apartments!! The apartment itself was large and full of light. We appreciated the French press and provided coffee in the apartment, as well as the espresso and snacks available in the lobby. The washing machines and dryers in the basement were great to have. All of the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at in any city we have visited!

The unit was very clean and well equipped and comfortable. Great location and friendly staff. Enjoyed all the coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores near by. Many of the Berlin main attractions were in walkable distance.

Fantastic location! Several train and tram lines are a few minutes walk away. The absolute best staff helped us check in, and checked in regularly to see if they could help. The apartment was huge and we'll designed. Lots of modern conveniences, including radiant floor heating (yes, it was cold in Berlin at night), towel warmers that worked, lots of coffee and tea options, a fridge filled with lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (for no charge). The beds were very comfortable! There was a lot of sitting space. And the terrace was lovely for some quiet time to relax.
Their sister company operates a café connected to the building, and their food was great, and we got VIP treatment!
We loved our stay, and we hope to return!

Everything was just as described and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend Circus Apartments!! Not all apartments have a staff to help you. It’s usually self check in and lock boxes. So, having a staff was more like checking in to a hotel, which made things very easy.

Convenient location in Berlin, awesome windows! Spacious and comfortable. Free laundry available, which we needed! Staff was amazingly helpful.
A/C would be nice for sleeping. You can open windows of course, but then you’re hearing all the “nightlife” - all night.

Fabulous location. Can easily walk into main part of city. Nice bars and restaurants near by. Apartment was quiet, very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
