Can’t say enough good things about this accommodation. We loved our ground floor apartment, which was very spacious and definitely took advantage of the snack bar in the lobby office. The café was a great place to grab some breakfast the day we arrived. We were very comfortable in the large accommodation and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again on next trip to Berlin.

We loved the Circus Apartments!! The apartment itself was large and full of light. We appreciated the French press and provided coffee in the apartment, as well as the espresso and snacks available in the lobby. The washing machines and dryers in the basement were great to have. All of the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at in any city we have visited!

The location was great, a relatively quiet side street but extremely walkable to all of the food and shops in Torstrasse area, and close to all the big tourist attractions via quick transit/uber ride or even walk (ie a little over 22 min from TV Tower). Our 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment layout was so spacious, modern, and clean, and was excellent for our family which included my two pre-teens, my husband and I, and my elderly in-laws. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for organizing clothes and luggage. Tons of outlets for devices and dedicated wi-fi for the suite. The two bathrooms were spacious and nice. We were there for a week so they asked in advance what day would be good for a midweek refresh, and everything felt tidy and maintained throughout. We were all very comfortable resting and relaxing there between all of the long days of sightseeing. Free 24-hr access to laundry facilities in the basement was so convenient, even stocked with multiple detergent options. We frequently enjoyed the espresso machine and snacks in the concierge. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils and cookware and even a dishwasher if we had wanted to cook. The cafe downstairs was excellent for breakfast. The experience was so much better than staying in a hotel with a larger multi-generational family group like ours. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommend to friends considering travel to Berlin.
My father-in-law slipped in the shower, he wanted me to let the management know that the tiles were quite slippery when wet.

Fantastic location! Several train and tram lines are a few minutes walk away. The absolute best staff helped us check in, and checked in regularly to see if they could help. The apartment was huge and we'll designed. Lots of modern conveniences, including radiant floor heating (yes, it was cold in Berlin at night), towel warmers that worked, lots of coffee and tea options, a fridge filled with lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (for no charge). The beds were very comfortable! There was a lot of sitting space. And the terrace was lovely for some quiet time to relax. Their sister company operates a café connected to the building, and their food was great, and we got VIP treatment! We loved our stay, and we hope to return!

Everything was just as described and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend Circus Apartments!! Not all apartments have a staff to help you. It’s usually self check in and lock boxes. So, having a staff was more like checking in to a hotel, which made things very easy.

Convenient location in Berlin, awesome windows! Spacious and comfortable. Free laundry available, which we needed! Staff was amazingly helpful.
A/C would be nice for sleeping. You can open windows of course, but then you’re hearing all the “nightlife” - all night.

Spacious, great design, really really comfortable with everything you need for a slightly longer stay or when travelling. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff (shout out May!). We arrived on an overnight train and were so grateful to be able to check in to our apartment early. We appreciated the food & drink gifts in the room and the free laundrette in the basement was really convenient. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bath. We didn’t use it but also loved they you could order in from the adjacent café.

Apartment (Lange) fully lived up to our expectations. A bath room and a shower room and the living area/kitchen was huge. Comfy bed and plenty space in bedroom. Balcony was compact, but we did get to sit outside when the warmer weather arrived. A very relaxing atmosphere overall. Kitchen facilities were superb. Everything you needed, although some kitchen roll might not go amiss, but that's probably just me being greedy! The surrounding area is fantastic. All kinds of restaurants and fast food outlets within 5 to 15 minute walk. There's also a bar 3 minutes walk away, called Schwarze pumpe which is just the kind of bar you want as your "local". Also a Lidl and an Edaka supermarket abot 5-7 minutes walk for food and drink. Alexanderplatz is a 20 minute walk away., where you can access the TV tower and museum island. There are two U-Bahn stations about a 10 minute walk away, which access different lines. we found the Rosa-Luxemburg (U2) line most useful as it takes you down to the area within walking distance of The Brandenburg gate and the museum of topography of terror. Dead easy to use once you suss out the ticket machine. The staff we spoke to were all very helpful and very welcoming. I could say many more positive things about the apartments and it's surrounding area, however I'll simply make the recommendation that you should stay here if you want to stay in a quiet area, with lots of amenities and a chilled out living space. We stayed for five nights.

Apartments were spotless, airy and well equipped, walking distance to local supermarkets, train and tube stations as well as key tourist destinations. Great bathroom products and lovely layout. Staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return and recommend.
