The property is modern and feels luxurious. A warm cookie handed out by hotel staff when checking in is a nice touch.
There were no slippers, bathrobe, or vanity set in the room (cotton buds/q-tips).

The stay was wonderful, and the hotel is in a very good location. I always use it when I'm in Berlin. The staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is good—there's nothing lacking, to be honest.

Good airconditioning. Comfortable beds. Good light blocking curtains. All the sockets worked and were usable with USB.
Breakfast was very nice with a decent selection. Good range of vegetarian food, as well as local German food.
Parking lot was difficult to find, with no signage to indicate that the narrow entryway lead down to a carpark.
Shower was slippery once the water was running and got worse as any products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) were used. Some sort of mat with traction would have been nice.

I’ve stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel’s location is good, BUT there is an annoying noise coming from the air conditioning system in almost all rooms.
On my first night, I couldn’t figure out why I was having nightmares. On the second night, I realized it was because of the constant noise from the air conditioning — it never stops and keeps making these irritating sounds. I asked the staff for help, and they showed me two more rooms, both of which had the exact same problem. In the end, I had to ask for earplugs to get some sleep during the last two nights.
I am strictly disappointed and do not recommend this hotel unless they announce that the issue has been fixed.
I’m sure that if this had happened in any other hotel, the staff would have apologized or offered some gesture to the guests. Instead, their attitude was simply “it is what it is.”

Room was comfortable. All staff were kind and polite. Drinking water filter was available in our floor which was so convenient. Breakfast lounge was bright and lively, buffet arranged nicely. Food quality was top notch.
Umbrellas were strong and sturdy, very fine quality.
I would like to convey my appreciation and gratitude to the housekeepers, and especially to the housekeeping assistant Mr. Aleksandr, for their efforts in finding, safekeeping, and returning our lost purse to us.

The reception area was beautiful and very welcoming.
I loved the welcome cookies… simply delicious!
What impressed me the most was the huge size of the rooms, with large and super comfortable beds… almost missed breakfast everyday because the beds were sooo comfy; I overslept.
My room was on the 1st floor, so I enjoyed the grand hallway and setup on that floor.
The bottle refill with cold water was a brilliant addition to the service… Just what was needed in the summer time.
A truely amazing hotel. Definitely going there anytime I am in Germany - Berlin.
And oh… the park just across the hotel offered a very relaxing environment whenever I went outside the hotel.
A 10/10 hotel for sure..!!!
Breakfast ended at 10:30am… 11 am would have been fine, as the beds are sooo cozy, it’s difficult to get out from in time.

Very near to Ku‘Damm and KaDeWe, excellent design, big rooms, good breakfast. Nice small park in front of the hotel.

The staff was courteous and helpful, and they kindly tried to accommodate our earlier check-in, which we appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent.
However, the room was quite small and uncomfortable for three guests. Although the booking was for three people, the room was initially prepared for only two, so we had to request additional towels and glasses. Basic amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and bar soap were also missing, which was surprising for a hotel in this category.
The bathroom was very small, and overall, the room did not feel comparable to the standard usually expected from higher-end hotels in Europe.
Improving room preparation for the correct number of guests and enhancing the in-room amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.

At check out the person at reception ignored me after I was waiting and then attempted to speak to my husband who was my guest over me ignoring me. Do not know if this was ageist or sexism but two incidences back to back were strange.
