This hotel was exceptional. I previously stayed at the DoubleTree in Wrocław, Poland, and when I discovered there was also a DoubleTree in Berlin, I did not hesitate to book my stay. Daily housekeeping was outstanding, with room service consistently ensuring the room was well maintained. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the bar staff were welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel, as it is also conveniently located within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and shopping areas

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Clean modern hotel. Tight parking like everywhere else in Europe.

Cookies from the reception
Concierge guy was very unpolite, not focusing on his job. When i arrived i stayed very long without my bag until i went downstairs and took it myself. Same person on my way back i wanted to take uber to leipzig but he pushed us to take a taxi for someone he knows, before i travel i discovered that uber is €100 euros less than the fare he told us to pay to the taxi. When i told him i will take uber, he cursed us and left us while talking saying things unpolite.
