The junior suite was comfortable. The price covered daily refresh of the mini bar. The heating floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The hotel is 2’ walking distance from the central station.
I would welcome a better bedding quality in the suite.

Being right by the main train station was SO nice. The hotel was modern and super clean. And quiet-- even though outside is hopping! There are many eating choices too. Many things, including the Natural History Museum, are within walking distance. We brought our pug and there are grassy areas right out front.
Breakfast was very expensive, so we ate elsewhere.

Good location. The Hotel is about 8 mins walking from Berlin Hbf and metro station. I can see the Reichstag through the window while having breakfast in the hotel and I can walk to the Brandenburg Gate within 15 mins. The staff are polite. The room is clean and quiet. The water quality flowing out of the faucet is very high and it tastes sweet. It's a great choice for history enthusiasts and business travellers to Berlin.
We've stayed for 3 nights in the hotel, but only 1 bottle of drinking water is offered in the room during our stay. Come on. It's a five-star hotel. Even other hotels which haven't reach this standard in Germany would provide at least one bottle of drinking water each day. Hope this would be improved.

Very clean in a location near a main transit station and walkable to the capitol buildings which is very nice.
Don’t provide water every night, only on the first night. The staffs’ knowledge of the parking is inconsistent.
