Good location- few steps from central train station, but not noisy. Large and modern rooms and bathroom with heated floor. Good quality bedding, polite staff on reception. No swimming pool or jacuzzi, only three saunas with different temperature and lounge chairs.

Room really comfortable with lovely shower. Great quiet 3 nights sleep. Breakfast really excellent quality. Perfect location for exploring Berlin and ideal if arriving by train.
Shame we couldn't get the England game on any of the televisions. TV channel selection a bit limited.

Really lovely design and feel to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and held our bags for us after check out. Premium location near a major train station and central landmarks. Waterfall shower was superb.
Air conditioning in the room was poor. Charged 4 euros to have a coffee in the room (as in from.the coffee machine in the room). At this price you'd expect hot drinks in the room to be included. The bathroom door had some clear glass in it. I don't know why you wouldn't just frost it all? Makes it awkward if you're sharing a twin room with a friend or relative.

El hotel está impecable. Las habitaciones súper cómodas y de muy buen tamaño. La ubicación es perfecta, a unos pasos de la estación central de trenes. El staff súper atento y amable. Tuvimos un retraso enorme con nuestro ten y nos ayudaron a guardar nuestras maletas para no estarlas cargando.
El gym está muy básico.

Everything excellent at this hotel. High standards of service. Room clean and modern and very quiet. Excellent breakfast from buffet. Good location close to train station - easy to get around city and to/from airport.

The location is very convenient.room size is very good
It is ridiculous that we arrived in our room and it was like 30 degrees as the bathroom floor heating was on, plus the Ac will never cool the room according to the front desk it will only reach 22 degrees our room was warm and not comfortable to sleep.
