I slept very well in this hotel: the soundproofing was good, the curtains blocked out the light nicely, the mattress was comfortable, and everything was very clean.

We were in Berlin for WTA tournir, so we just needed hotel close to metro.
Just to start new day coffee, tea and fresh croissants
No aircon, it was over +30 during our stay

- you were told prior to booking of what was offered eg. Croissant and coffee for breakfast

I was generally very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Soret. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent—access to the city center and the main train station was very convenient and made traveling around Berlin super easy.
Breakfast was also great, especially the fresh croissants paired with good coffee—a perfect start to the day!
Despite this minor drawback, I would still recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
The only thing that could be improved are the mattresses, as I would have appreciated a slightly more comfortable bed.

Location was very close to all spots like subway, bus no. 100 to the city centre and to all parts of berlin
Sink is too small so if wash with face and do toothbrush the water goes out already. They don’t have bidet

Staff were wonderful, very friendly people. Great value for money, perfect location close to metro Central to everything.
Double room was booked but it was 2 single beds which kept seperating, mattress was not so good quality.

The room is cozy, the location is great, just next to the Kaufhaus and metro station, super convenient. the staff is humorous when I check in, the breakfast is also nice.
