My stay at the Sorat Hotel Berlin was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The room was spotless, well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and close to shops and main attractions.
Breakfast was simple but enjoyable: a fresh croissant accompanied by excellent coffee, which was perfect to start the day. The quality was very good.
Overall, everything about this hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Sorat Hotel Berlin and would happily stay there again.

Nice and comfortable room. Reception area was great place to sit and relax and have very much appreciated complementary coffee and crosients!
We really like everything, just a very small problem was the water spilling out of the shower onto the bathroom floor.

The location with close proximity to U-Bahn, busses, shopping streets made it a very convenient stay. The staff was super warm. The free croissant and coffee for breakfast is a blessing when you wake up late and needs to eat something before work call. The room was big and set up in a very functional way. There is a Christmas market 2 mins from the hotel with several bakeries.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was good & excellent location 5 mins walk to the U-Bahn & shopping location.
Near a lot of restaurants & 3 mins walk to Berlin Zoo.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was large enough that we could open up two large suitcases and still have plenty of room to walk around.
The location was excellent. the M100 bus stop was only steps away and took us directly to many attractions. and it was only 2 stops from an S-Bahn station. And a block away from the hotel was a U-Bahn station. It couldn't be more convenient.
The staff were absolutely wonderful.
The immediate area around the hotel was undergoing some building renovations. Although it wasn't noisy, it was a bit dirty. All in all, this was very minor and not really a concern.

Friendly reception staff. Communication before arriving was excellent and on the day of arrival they let me check in early as my room was available.
Croissants and hot drinks were provided in the morning.
As it was near Christmas, chocolates were left out in bowls around reception.
The hotel could get very warm and probably should be adjusted slightly.

Very quiet hotel. I was staying on the third floor, street side and had no noise at all to disturb sleep. The policy is to clean rooms and refresh towels every 3 days and that worked fine for me too. A good idea to help environmental footprint and keep running costs efficient. Great value room for a city centre hotel. Ideal location for the underground.
The mini breakfast and coffee to go is a nice touch but if you don't fancy a croissant, there is nothing else.

Location good. Train directly comes to 5 min away to hotel. U bahn station 3 min away. Kudamm is very close.
