I had a very pleasant stay during my visit to Berlin for ITB. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located. What impressed me most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to mention. My stay was smooth and comfortable overall.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They offered breakfast without having booked it. The room with refrigerator and microwave is very comfortable and spacious, they also offer to wash the dishes. Big shower. Clean.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a generally quiet and safe neighborhood, with lovely and high-quality places nearby for food and drinks. It is also very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and about 7 minutes from the U-Bahn station. Getting to the center of Berlin takes around 20–25 minutes by bus, depending on where you want to go. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, every morning we could enjoy complimentary croissants, coffee, or tea, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Our group had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.
