Very good price quality. Comfortable bed. Big room. Simple but good breakfast.
The plug below the office was not well fixed to the wall (I am sure they will fix it though). The shower had curtains (I much prefer when it has panels or walls).

simple and easy kind staff comfortable and spacious rooms clean and nice bathroom no "real" breakfast, but coffee and croissants at the lobby (foc) no daily room cleaning, did not disturb me
no AC - not needed given the actual temperatures, but would be heavy during summer

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, and my request for a baby crib was also fulfilled perfectly. The staff who welcomed me at check-in were very friendly and informative, which made me feel at ease right away. I also really appreciated the complimentary morning treats, delicious croissants along with coffee and tea. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Price is very competitive. Staff is kind. Beds are nice. Room is quite. Bus 100 stops at 50 meters. A wonderful German restaurant is next door.

The staff was friendly, the location was perfect (shopping nearby, metro nearby, supermarket,...) the room was spacious and clean. We even got free coffee and croissants in the morning! Overall a really nice hotel for a few days trip.
The only little thing might be the shower. The water never stayed on a nice temprature. It went from scortching hot to cold and back without moving the handle.

This was my first stay at the Sorat but certainly wont be my last. This is a real Gem in Berlin's best locations. beautiful lobby and reception area. The staff polite, and super helpful. The room (classic room) even though looks like a room from the 80's was super comfortable, the bed, the pillows, and what impressed me was how clean the room was. Everything was super clean, smelled good. The free coffee and croissants every morning is a 5* gesture from the hotel. The wifi was perfect. Sorat is a hotel that really cares about their guests. And you can see and feel it.
Maybe a small fridge in the room.
