I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, close to attractions in Charlottenburg and it's also easy to go to the city center as there's a lot of transportations near. I would definitely come again.

I had a very pleasant stay during my visit to Berlin for ITB. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located. What impressed me most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to mention. My stay was smooth and comfortable overall.

The location and the cleanliness are top. The rooms are basic but very clean, the bathroom spotless and new. It is a great option for a couple of days and being outdoors.

Free coffee in the lobby area each morning. Convenient to the U train mass transit system.
Nice flat screen TV but no access to YouTube or streaming services, despite the buttons for Netflix and YouTube on the remote.

Location and big tv in the room
Price come along with disadvantages. There is no fridge in the room, rooms are cleaning every 3 days which is atypical for hotels. There is a lot of other things which you can find there but always have on mind how much you paid. Overall for short stay is ok

Good location for my needs, bus stops, shops and cafes nearby, friendly host, free tea and croissants in the morning. You can buy a postcard and a stamp from reception!:)
There was a feeling of things being worn-out, like towels thinned from the long use. And some dust here and there. Still, the discount on Booking was good, so it’s okay for this price.

No breakfast, but the hotel offers tea/coffee and croissants (not a bad idea!). The room is quiet and spacious enough, everything was clean, electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee selection, modern bathroom with a shower. Excellent location, KaDeWe and Bikini Berlin are just 5 min walk away, Ubahn and Bus stops nearby too.

The location of this hotel is great, so close to Zoo and metro station, so convenient to have many choices on different transportations. It meets my expectations with comfortable room, big TV and cozy bathroom, we really enjoyed the staying in Berlin.

My stay at the Sorat Hotel Berlin was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The room was spotless, well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and close to shops and main attractions.
Breakfast was simple but enjoyable: a fresh croissant accompanied by excellent coffee, which was perfect to start the day. The quality was very good.
Overall, everything about this hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Sorat Hotel Berlin and would happily stay there again.
