Wonderful
No breakfast, but the hotel offers tea/coffee and croissants (not a bad idea!). The room is quiet and spacious enough, everything was clean, electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee selection, modern bathroom with a shower. Excellent location, KaDeWe and Bikini Berlin are just 5 min walk away, Ubahn and Bus stops nearby too.

The location of this hotel is great, so close to Zoo and metro station, so convenient to have many choices on different transportations. It meets my expectations with comfortable room, big TV and cozy bathroom, we really enjoyed the staying in Berlin.

My stay at the Sorat Hotel Berlin was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The room was spotless, well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and close to shops and main attractions. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable: a fresh croissant accompanied by excellent coffee, which was perfect to start the day. The quality was very good. Overall, everything about this hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Sorat Hotel Berlin and would happily stay there again.

Wonderful
The room was basic but well appointed. Bathrooms were clean, but felt not great ventilation. Location was great, easy to walk to places i.e. supermarket, restaurants, train transportation. Breakfast was croissants & coffee. The coffee was awesome & so many choices. The staff were extremely polite and very will to help, always had a smile on their faces.
Bathroom ventilation wasn't great. Minimal English speaking channels on the TV.

This was my first stay at the Sorat but certainly wont be my last. This is a real Gem in Berlin's best locations. beautiful lobby and reception area. The staff polite, and super helpful. The room (classic room) even though looks like a room from the 80's was super comfortable, the bed, the pillows, and what impressed me was how clean the room was. Everything was super clean, smelled good. The free coffee and croissants every morning is a 5* gesture from the hotel. The wifi was perfect. Sorat is a hotel that really cares about their guests. And you can see and feel it.
Maybe a small fridge in the room.

Very Good
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the croissants and coffee in the morning. The room was reasonable spacious and comfortable. It's close to public transportation.
Some of the fixtures had a cheap feel, especially in the shower. The water would suddenly vary from warm to very hot, which was not good.

Wonderful
Great location with access to u-bahn and bus stops just close to the property. There’s also an Edeka grocery that closes at 12am nearby. The rooms are also clean and modern with lots of space, even for 3 people! Free croissants and hot drinks are a plus
Bathroom had a bit of smell (unsure if ventilation issue) and I couldn’t make the smart tv connect to the WiFi. Other than that all was good.
