The hotel it’s good and it’s clean, but there no Klimaanlage I feel hot
There was a man at the reception on Thursday evening. I’m not sure of his name, but unfortunately, he was not helpful when I came to make my booking. His attitude towards me was rude and I did not feel that I was treated well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The staff were the highlight of our stay – exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home.
Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, with fresh croissants and coffee each morning, which was a lovely way to start the day.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The only areas for improvement would be the breakfast and towel service. A little more choice at breakfast would make it even better. The breakfast area was also quite small, so if you didn’t come down early it could be difficult to find a table.
I also think the towels could be changed a little more frequently. I completely understand the importance of being environmentally friendly and reducing unnecessary laundry, but waiting four days before changing towels felt a little too long. Other than that, we had a really enjoyable stay.
