The hotel is very close to the metro station and has supermarket and restaurants around. I booked for Berlin Half Marathon and it was perfect. Room is very clean, although they only offer room service every 3 days, which wasn’t an issue for me as I was alone. The staff is very friendly and they also offer coffee/tea and croassaints. I would definitely come back :)
There could have a small fridge in the room, but also not a huge deal.

The best choice in the area. Nice acomodations, communication, organization, etc. I would repeat if I have to and definately would recomen it to everyone
It would have been great to be offered a late check out instead of paying for a whole night when I check out at 15:30h :(

I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, close to attractions in Charlottenburg and it's also easy to go to the city center as there's a lot of transportations near. I would definitely come again.

The hotel is really comfortable with a great location. The shower has a pressure that is hard to find in 5* hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
