Location was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked throughout stay.
Despite being advertised as operational from 6-11pm, the sauna was not on for several nights when I went to use it. Pillows were very flat. Only was provided with body wash/shampoo, would have been a nice touch to also have lotion at least.

There was no one at reception when I arrived. I had to call an emergency number - and then wait 15 minutes for someone to come. I had informed the hotel of my late arrival, so I was not impressed.

Large room, very warm. Two single beds, but we did not mind. Shower powerful and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast typical German type breakfast with a good selection of fresh bread, cheese and meat.

The easy parking, the location near friends in Pankow, and the interior ambience were all benefits. Nice breakfast and offered gluten-free options, but I was never clear if the bread I had was truly separated from the other.
It was a little unclear to me when booking that my husband and I would be located in separate rooms so far from each other. This seems to be a very good single option with some rooms for doubles. I better understand now how the room sizes and choices work. One street view room near the entrance door was generally quiet, but less desirable when people came in late at night and were very loud in the hallway with their talking and laughter. The other room was nicer with a quieter, location and quieter view.

Disappointing
Value for money wasn’t there. I don’t know if all rooms are the same but for €175 my room was old with two single beds. I was very disappointed. I had to leave my bag at the reception due to the check in policy as I was early. The rooms I saw online and the one I got are two different rooms.

The room was spacious, staffs were nice. Even though I checked in late,the make sure me and my children were still taken care off. Although I was supposed to checked out early, due to our late checked,I asked if I can checked out late,though they said the room has been booked for another guest. But the staff still find a solution for me and my children so that they can have enough sleep.. I really appreciate
I wasn't really pleased with the cobwebs and some mosquitoes in the room. The room service should try and clean up the rooms very well. I was once a room service in a hotel, I know how will take care of rooms,by taking off the cobwebs on the wall,make sure the toilets are well clean.
