The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is at prime location of the city. The breakfast is great and has many choices.
Water bottles for tea and coffee at rooms are not provided free of charge. The doors are not automatically opened and they are slightly heavy.

They said that they are 5 stars but the service wasn’t 5 stars because they didn’t clean the room every day because Their cleaning policy is on an every-other-day basis, and the bed linens are not changed; they are only neatly arranged.

Having a bathtub was nice. The location is close to transit stations.
The room wasn’t spotless. It's not a big deal, but I found a small piece of trash left by the previous guests when we checked in - it seems they weren't cleaning thoroughly. The furniture looks quite worn, with scratches and marks. Our room’s windows faced the road, so there was some noise at night even when they were closed.

Very good experience! The best choice for anyone who likes shopping, the Zoo, and Tiergarten. The breakfast was just great. Vapiano is in the same building — very convenient for a quick snack or even dinner. The staff were excellent
We booked a suite with a piano, but actually not all suites of this type have one — you need to ask before arriving. Anyway, the suite was spacious and very comfortable
