We have been there several times. As expected we had a great stay and the room on the 11th floor had a spectacular view of the city. Room was extremely comfortable and cozy. Can’t wait for our next stay there

They did double bookings and I’m still waiting for my money two weeks now and at the reception one lead was very unfriendly and when I asked the manager, he he said he has to back up his team so I ask him what is more important the customer or the Worker
