the hotel is located a minute walk from the shopping area, very comfortable.

We stayed here for the second time, and everything was just as good as during our last visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for shopping. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the room so clean (we are traveling with a crawling baby). Breakfast options were great, lots of options! Location is also great, we will stay again next time we are in Berlin for sure.
At breakfast I wish someone would’ve mentioned that one Coffee Maschine offers plant based milk options. It was also very crowded at breakfast and service slow (therefore great that you could get your own coffee. Otherwise I wished they would take your drink order)

Amazing breakfast (with mounds of fresh fruit, full English breakfast, wonderful meats and yogurts), air conditioning (cannot be taken for granted in Germany and England), a reasonably okay gym, friendly and polite reception, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom and room, easily accessible parking below the building. And the location is right near lots of nice things to see and eat.
€30 parking feels a bit high for Germany albeit fine for a big city Internationally. €7 for a half liter of pilsner at the lobby bar Also felt a bit high for Germany. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The hotel is modern, and very well maintained. Everything feels new, clean, and pleasant. The premier suite (we were upgraded for free!) was spacious, beutiful and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - both for exploring the city and the nice vicinity
Service was consistently professional and correct, though somewhat impersonal, and rather procedural and lacked the warmth or personal attention that can make a stay feel truly special.

The room services, forgot to give new towels, didn’t replace with new bed sheet, just shake the sheet and put it back. The towels are cheap quality.
