Location is excellent, staff are very helpful and pleasant, lovely view with balcony, pleasant fitness centre, light, airy and decently equipped, bed and pillows very comfortable.
Photographs of women on the landing, in the bathroom and in the room were weird and creepy. Breakfast was expensive, whether it was included in booking or as an extra, especially as there are some nice cafés with good coffee and croissant only a 2-minute walk round the corner.

The quality of the hotel and the services provided were part of an extremely pleasant stay in Berlin. The hotel is located in the city center (Mitte), on an extremely quiet street—more of a pedestrian zone—from which many museums and other cultural and tourist attractions are within walking distance. The famous Unter den Linden is about a 5-minute walk away. The cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is varied and caters to every guest’s taste, and the staff is friendly and always smiling. Upon arrival and departure, we received a box of candies and macarons from the hotel management in our room.
The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy for about two evenings. In addition to the "Silence" door hanger, available in the room, it also would be useful to have one "Please clean the room" door hanger, for greater clarity:)

Great location and really clean and rooms excellent. Beds were comfy and good quality bedding.Really helpful staff especially the reception staff. Had food and drinks in the restaurant and the food was high quality and great quality

The location is very convenient. Being so central, we could walk to many of the main sites easily. It is also on a very charming square.
The breakfast at the hotel is one of the best we’ve ever had. Absolutely everything you could ever want and very delicious.
Our room was lovely, and exceptionally clean. It felt luxurious, and was well-designed.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Great rooms and fab breakfast.
Air-con very patchy. We had two rooms booked. In one room the AC was great. In our room it barely worked (wouldn't get below 25). These things happen but I do wish the staff were honest about it rather than keep suggesting it could be fixed.
