The lactation is convenient. Their interior design is nice, and their history is interesting.

Room location was good, had only one breakfast, it was ok
I really liked the Bar and restaurant staff on the main.
Kivanc at the bar was exceptional.
I liked the 15% discount at bar and restaurant because I had booked with booking.com
I did not like the reception I received at check in on arrival. It was cold inhospitable and bordering on rude.
On one occasion a breakfast waiter rang into the lift after me demanding I pay for a cup of coffee that I had paid for already.

We loved the incredibly warm welcome from the staff, complete with champagne on arrival. We were also delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Communication ahead of our stay was absolutely first class. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located just moments from the Christmas market and within easy walking distance of all the main points of interest. For anything slightly further afield, Ubers were quick, easy, and very affordable. We travelled with our two young teenage boys who tapped into both the day and night life. Berlin is a truly beautiful city.
The only point to note which has nothing to do with the hotel is exiting the airport. It was an absolute nightmare and took over an hour and a half. The cab we had pre-booked very nearly left, which would have meant being charged regardless. It may be due to the airport being caught between old systems and new technology, but it was easily the worst arrival experience we’ve had. The taxi ride into Berlin was also a little tedious, though thankfully well worth it once we arrived at Hotel Luc!

Location was fantastic.
So close to the Christmas Market.
Breakfast was delicious, great variety to choose from.
The beds were comfortable, my husband said he got the best sleep ever in a hotel room.

The hotel was central to all main tourist areas. The staff were fine and helpful. The refreshments in the room were good, bottle of still and sparkling water in the room. Coffee machine and electric kettle. Thank you for the macaroons.
We were very disappointed about the organisation of the room. The bed was right up against the wall, and there was no bed side cabinets. The shelf on the wall was very dusty. This room was nothing like the picture we had seen, where you can access both sides of the bed. On our final night there was a large event in the hotel which we were not warned about and music was heard late into the night. If we had the seen the picture of room 615 there is no way we would have booked this room.
