We asked for and received a room overlooking the square, it was fantastic particularly at the time of the year (December) with the Christmas market just across the way.
Very little to comment here. Add English breakfast tea to the teas that are included in the mini bar!

Rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was a little too powerful and a bit tricky to control temperature wise but that was a minor gripe. Overall excellent and the complimentary biscuits were a nice touch.
Bar was a let down. Not enough seating and the existing seating was laid out for larger groups ie: tables for 4-6 people rather than couples. Bar staff were friendly but service slow and a few problems with the billing mainly due to the fact that due to the layout people had to sit with random other patrons. This led, as one example, to a mix up on the first night with the gentleman sat opposite us, when he was billed for drinks consumed by a lady sat next to him, who was on her own, and was then bizarrely asked by staff to sort it out privately with her rather than issuing a refund. Very poor. On check out, we were presented with a bill for a dinner (alongside our drinks) that we didn’t order. Not great for a hotel of this calibre and needs sorting out.

Absolutely perfect central location.
Great hotel, a lovely environment, I loved all the pictures. The room was fantastic.
There is a good restaurant for which you get a discount if staying there.
Honestly I can't think of what could have been better.

Excellent hotel with great amenities, we loved the saunas, fitness and yoga room. The staff were super helpful and responded to all our wishes. Our room was nice and quiet and bed was comfy. Having a fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle was convenient.
Minor details: WiFi network was unsecured, so we didn’t use it. Breakfast at 29 eur per person seems overpriced, so we ate elsewhere.
