Location was fantastic.
So close to the Christmas Market.
Breakfast was delicious, great variety to choose from.
The beds were comfortable, my husband said he got the best sleep ever in a hotel room.

The hotel was central to all main tourist areas. The staff were fine and helpful. The refreshments in the room were good, bottle of still and sparkling water in the room. Coffee machine and electric kettle. Thank you for the macaroons.
We were very disappointed about the organisation of the room. The bed was right up against the wall, and there was no bed side cabinets. The shelf on the wall was very dusty. This room was nothing like the picture we had seen, where you can access both sides of the bed. On our final night there was a large event in the hotel which we were not warned about and music was heard late into the night. If we had the seen the picture of room 615 there is no way we would have booked this room.

We found this hotel to be in a great, central location in Berlin and right on der Gendarmenmarkt. It was an easy to walk to museum island, the train station, and Brandenburg gate. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here whenever we visit Berlin.

We enjoyed our time in Hotel Luc and recommend it for pleasant service, staff, location, furnishing and atmosphere. The hotel improved our unforgetable stay in Berlin and was a highlight at the end of our Pre-Christmas trip.

We asked for and received a room overlooking the square, it was fantastic particularly at the time of the year (December) with the Christmas market just across the way.
Very little to comment here. Add English breakfast tea to the teas that are included in the mini bar!

Rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was a little too powerful and a bit tricky to control temperature wise but that was a minor gripe. Overall excellent and the complimentary biscuits were a nice touch.
Bar was a let down. Not enough seating and the existing seating was laid out for larger groups ie: tables for 4-6 people rather than couples. Bar staff were friendly but service slow and a few problems with the billing mainly due to the fact that due to the layout people had to sit with random other patrons. This led, as one example, to a mix up on the first night with the gentleman sat opposite us, when he was billed for drinks consumed by a lady sat next to him, who was on her own, and was then bizarrely asked by staff to sort it out privately with her rather than issuing a refund. Very poor. On check out, we were presented with a bill for a dinner (alongside our drinks) that we didn’t order. Not great for a hotel of this calibre and needs sorting out.
