Wonderful
Location near centrum in Charlottenburg district near an S-Bahn Station was very convenient and low cost way for accessing major sites with easy connections to rail stations and even airport. Entering hotel from busy street was like coming into an oasis of pleasant calmness, with greenery and eclectic decor.
We liked the separate W/C, shower and washbasin, but lighting over washbasin for shaving and applying makeup was barely acceptable.

Nice location, nice hotel.
Stayed in this hotel for many times and Breakfast was very good. Now it even can’t be called breakfast, do they have some cost cutting or something, but breakfast is very bad. Only one option Omelette and some avocado, bad coffee and only one cup. Due to breakfast will not stay there anymore.

I liked that the staff were attentive - when I arrived, they were speedy at checking me in, and offered me a cold drink. Very grateful for that, as it was an incredibly hot day. They provided me with all of the information I needed regarding my stay, checkout, mealtimes etc.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean; aesthetically, it is a very pretty room. A nice little haven away from the busy streets. I also received a voucher for a free drink at the bar, which was a nice bonus and I got to check in early.
The room itself was comfy but the maintenance person came into my room mid-call with a new safe and didn't take the old one. I was unaware that this was to happen.
Additionally, I wanted to make some tea in the evening, and the spoon on the coffee stand was dirty/used. One of the glasses was also dirty, as if they'd not been checked after the previous guest.
This was not the only issue re: cleanliness/quality I had here. I also stayed for one night in the Suite as a treat to myself, and a few of the snacks in the mini bar were well past their use by date. Not something I'd expect in a hotel of this status.
Additionally, it was very hot and the air conditioning only went to 19C, which is reasonable during regular temperatures, but not suitable for hotter summers that we now experience.

The location was perfect. Good room size.
Getting taxi trough the hotel was easy. Good coffee
Worst breakfast, 20 euro for a egg drenched in olive oil, feel like I was having olive oil for breakfast. Half an croissant, 2-3 tiny pieces cut out from a bread. Staff was never there, service was bad. Not a single smile from the staff. SUPER DUSTY.
PLEASE DONT GET THE BREAKFAST, MUCH BETTER PLACES EXACTLY OUTSIDE THE HOTEL.

We loved the attention for detail in the room, the quirky little things like a bluetooth marshall speaker or an old fashioned phone on a stand to call reception. The location is just perfect for a visit to chique West Berlin. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless.
The room needed some maintenance. A panel fell from the minibar area, the soap rack detached from the shower wall, the bath tub in the suite was of course very fancy with a glass of prosecco but took sooooo long to fill that we kinda lost the buzz.

No place to unpack the suitcases: no closet, no drawers, no shelf and no luggage rack. We had a larger room because we needed space but the big heavy black furniture was not practical and only took up space without any benefit. When I complained I was told that is what a "boutique hotel" is like. No place to put a computer and chair for working. It was just uncomfortable and ugly. We were very disappointed.

The staff were absolutely the best feature of this hotel: a really fantastic team of friendly, smart and helpful people! The hotel design is stylish and clean; the place is well-located, close to public transport and is in a nice neighbourhood, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Also very nice cleaning staff, who were very sweet and clearly doing a fantastic job.
As other reviews have mentioned, the room layout is a little strange: there is zero bathroom privacy or space due to the strange bathroom/ toilet design of the room; the sink is actually in the bedroom, so it’s very cluttered if you have toiletries or makeup. There was no desk space/ vanity space, and little storage space (no full-length hanging space such as a wardrobe, no chest of drawers, no place for your suitcase) and no full-length mirror. However, for the price overall the hotel was fine, I understand that these are just ‘modern’ design features that some cool people (with no luggage or clothing) might like! As I mentioned above, the fantastic staff, cleaning team and general ambience really made my stay pleasant.

Room decor was interesting.
This hotel is in a very noisy location, main road in front and train tracks right behind the hotel. Staff is hit and miss. Didn’t try the breakfast as it didn’t look appealing and there are many good places in the area.
Room cleaning could be approved.

I was really impressed by the design of the hotel — every detail was thoughtfully curated and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, making it a perfect place to relax.
