Disappointing
I like to personal behaviors. Quietness and Drinks.
First of all, the hot water is brownish and smelling. When we asked, technician came and discharge water 15 minutes and said ok. But it will continued like this. Definitely they have a problem with hot water production facility.
Secondly, the coffee machine is very old fashioned and hard to run. No water heater. (They bring simple plastic one when we asked)
Daily room cleaning is not implementing, if you don't ask to do. (First time I see at 5 star hotel)
2 days were really cold and we had to ask extra heater, because they decided not to run the central system since outside was not cold they said. (6-8 C is not cold for them as I understand)
GYM is not equipped with modern equipment's. Pool is not working. No SPA ....
Unfortunately, I have not seen any Sheraton hotel like this.

the room was ok, was comfortable and clean, enough space for a couple with fridge and some amenities extras.
When we got the room, was only one set of towels first day was ok, we didn’t ask for more we used hand towel also the body wash bottle was empty and again use hands one, next day I asked for both things in the reception extra set of towels and refill bottle didn’t happen. I thing for the prices we paid it’s the only thing we need.
Bar staff is brilliant their cocktail are amazing.

They charge you 100€ more as security deposit than what i was told by booking.com. I was completely unmindful about that. Although they returned after i left but if not fair to charge without mentioning it beforehand.

Room was a typical chain hotel room. Breakfast was basic ….not a good coffee. Location is a bit out of the way. I prefer more central. The best was the music at the bar each night. Lovely. But only a few people attended. Kind of dead.

Only paper tissue was available out of bathroom amenities one would expect from a 5-start hotel - no cotton buds, pads, and alike. No bathrobes also.

It was a bit further away from the main attractions and eating areas so factor in u we or taxi or public transport costs.

Bathroom had mould
No extra toiletries just one small tub of body lotion. Not good for 5+ hotel. Room service at 11 pm told me that their kettle is broken and they can’t give me tea. No tea pot in the room. Only coffee machine. My iPhone adaptor got broken and they couldn’t lend me one in the room, had to leave my phone at the reception. Overall it wasn’t usual Sheraton service
