Quiet room; location in Köpenick, being at a lake with a little beach even, very friendly staff, little balcony.
Our Room : A bigger table and 2 chairs would have been nice.
Bike parking -> a Bicycle garage would be better

Great place near the water in a cousy Kopenick district, calm. Spacious and clean room, nice view from the window.
Restaurant Krokodil near, quite expensive and not working all days, starting work just from 5 pm.
When arrive after sunset, quite difficult to do a self check-in, very dark to find everything in different places. No english instructions in a room, need to spend time writing to staff searching for wifi pasword. Very poor breakfast, nothing special at all.

Lovely surroundings with plenty of understated charm.
The stuff is superb and responsive. Perfect if you want to practice your German as its still not contaminated by the Berlin bilingual curse.
Very tranquil and restful spot. Amazing sunsets.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Location is excelent for me since my family live very close to the hotel.
The shower is terrible. The water flow stops every few minutes and you need to push a button again and again to have more water for your shower. Feels like the hotel is not letting you to enjoy a decent shower.

The setting is amazing and it's close to my son's home. Loved breakfast on the verandah overlooking the river.
I'd like a small fridge and facilities to make coffee.

Very nice place, unexpected when you come from the street. Excellent cuisine, nice garden restaurant by the river, very friendly staff. Rooms with a very unusual look :-)
Breakfast starts only from 8:00, it would be ok for a weekend, not during a week. Never been in a hotel with breakfast from 8 o'clock. I've been starving in the morning for both days because I had to go sooner to meetings with the customer. Very pitty for this magical place.
