The free tea and the candy caramel in the bed! Comedy!
AVOID booking to this hotel and be careful if you decide to book in this chain because the photos are totally misleading and untrustworthy!! I have booked a room based on a photo advertised on Booking.com that depicted a luxury room with a top-floor view. They never informed me that the room was subject to availability, nor did they give me the option to choose my room in advance or cancel my reservation. When I arrived in the room (realizing the "scum") and I called Limehome customer service (3 different agents from around the world), the Limehome representatives stated that they are not willing to change my room or cancel my reservation, even though they admit their mistakes! My dear Limehome, you should already know that Digitalization must always be side by side with Customer Centricity. I am also wondering how Booking.com co-operates with Limehome, allowing them to present misleading photos compare to the room that they provide at the end, by only stating in the Limehome site the following: "The design and the layout of our suites may vary slightly from the photos"!! I think it is about time to clarify the term "slightly" !!!!! I am proposing to have a look at my attached photos.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Will book next time. Mb a little bit pricey.
The price somewhat high. Also, there is no AC, but hopefully it is not getting super warm overall.

Nice kitchen, lovely bathroom
It's annoying not to be able to leave your luggage there if waiting for a later flight, and the check-out time would be helpful if 12 rather than 11. Also very loud in the early morning due to building going on diretly outside.

I was given two single duvets for a double bed. Pillows were terrible - the filling was pretty much inexistent so even when pilling the two of them there was no shape to it. The WC has an automatic noisy ventilation fan that switches on even with the lights off, and then stays on for unnecessary time - unable to switch off. Unless curtains are closed there is no privacy as literally there is a residencial building facing the back of the hotel. There is a construction site literally on the side of the building so very noisy in the morning before waking up. The WhatsApp number didnt seem to work - so no success reaching out through there.
