Localisation is superb, you can visit most of the "must see" landmarks on foot. Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many options all very well presented and most importantly very tasty. We travelled with dog, he got his treats and bowl waiting for him, what a fantastic gesture.

Great location. Rooms were comfortable and quiet
Some simple bar snacks available in the evenings would have been very helpful. Pringles and chocolate weren't a great end to a long day travelling. Gym was well equipped apart from the freeweights. I struggled to find a pair.

The rooms are spacious enough (we had a family suite), beds are comfortable, the bar is great and the elevators are so fast! Staff is very friendly. This place also has exceptional (though pricey) breakfast - everything you can think of is there. We had a great time.

Location, location, location. 7 min walk to Potsdamer Platz, so super easy link to the airport on the FEX with no other changes. Also it’s literally on top of a U2 station, which you’d never know as you can’t hear it from within the hotel, but was a brilliant connection for the City, zoo one direction, Alexandaplatz the other. Walking distance to Brandenburg gate.
Did feel slightly like an impersonal conference venue at times, but wasn’t looking for a boutique experience, so not a problem.
