Lovely spa/pool area, good gym, convenient location. Very friendly staff
I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times before. This time I stayed in a room for people with reduced mobility and it wasn’t as nice as a standard room.

Highly recommended hotel with excellent service, amazing breakfast, and very friendly staff. The hotel is clean, modern, and also offers wellness and spa facilities. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Berlin.

The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. The room was excellent, modern, clean and comfortable. Nice bar area and lovely little pool and sauna.
Can't be helped and I know its not the hotel's fault, but difficult to relax in the pool area when noisy children running around and splashing...perhaps initiate dedicated adults / children only + mixed times?

Little out the way and uber expensive if you can’t do public transport. Glass wall in bathroom but only because I walked into it in the night!
