The spa area is lovely, especially the steam room and sauna; the gym is also well stocked with great views of the city. The staff arranged a nice surprise for my birthday; they left a bottle of champagne and some cake in the room while we were out, which was very thoughtful.
The decor is a bit sombre and could perhaps do with updating to give it some more personality.

Exceptional hotel - everything about it was above expectations. Room, breakfast, gym, pool, cleanliness, location, staff friendliness.
The only aspect that was mediocre was the restaurant menu options. The breakfast is exceptional, but for lunch and dinner the options are limited. But there are great restaurants just around the corner.

The team is fantastic
I was assigned to an accessible room during my stay, and while I appreciated the space, I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable occupying it. I kept thinking that someone who truly needed the room might not have been able to get it because I was in it. Accessible rooms should always be prioritized for guests with disabilities, but it seems that hotels sometimes choose to book them to anyone just to fill the space. This can create real problems for those who may need to make a last-minute reservation and find that no accessible rooms are available.

Disappointing
This hotel is conveniently located near several local U-bahn stops. Breakfast is good, with a friendly and attentive staff - but I think this might also be an independently owned and operated establishment. The pool and sauna was really one of the best things about this hotel.
I had a very troubling issue with housekeeping, and while it was "resolved," I was stunned to see that, standing behind reception, about eight people, none of whom seemed to know who the manager was. The housekeeping manager was professional and responsible, and I appreciated their seriousness about the problem. At first glance, the room appears nice, but after a day, you will notice the wear and tear, as well as the "sloppy" way some things were installed.
