The reception staff were very supportive. The breakfast was amazing with so many varieties. I strongly recommend this hotel in Berlin. The swimming pool and the sauna were some of the best experiences in my memories.

The subway and bus was about 10 min walk. My 4 year old son could do it. There was one closer but under construction. Breakfast was wonderful. Beads very comfortable. Lots of space in the hotel rooms. The connected rooms were very nice for a family.
The bathroom has see through glass walls. We were traveling with our children. Not convenient for a family. Also the hotel rooms and bathrooms were very dark. Very hard to do make up. The pool is so small not great for kids.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to public transport and shops. It was especially great to have someone who speaks Portuguese at the reception, which made the experience even better. The spa and pool area were excellent.

The staff were outstanding. Top-notch service available at all times, with a friendly attitude and total competence. This was the best hospitality team I have encountered in Germany, one of the best anywhere.
Some elements in the rooms were in need of repair or replacement, especially accent lamps. Fruit and bread at breakfast were not the best quality.

I've been staying at SANA multiple times for the past 7 years - seems like it needs some upgrades and updates already (broken shower floor surfaces, light fixtures with missing parts, chipped window sills, permanent stains on stone floors, bathroom "door" system, storage, AC/heat control

An excellent hotel.
Rooms are modern and well appointed. Bathrooms are excellent. Hotel is welcoming and coherent.
The broader hotel is a little compact, though the rooms are not small.
The pool is small but the sauna and wellness are fine.
Location is ideal for Ku'Damm and south to south west Berlin.

Comfortable business hotel with some perks, such as a nice pool/sauna/steamroom. Nice balcony with a view of the skyline.
Although the breakfast was plenty and varied the quality and temperature of the hot items could be a bit better. Unnecessarily loud music in the breakfast area.

The barman with the pony tail is a legend! Great bloke!! We stayed in a two bedroom room for a family of 4 but second room only had a single bed. Youngest child ended up on couch which was ok, but you then lose the space to watch tv. The trade off was having microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchenette plus overall more space! The gym was good for a quick work out and watch the sun rise. The pool, sauna, steam room setup was bizarre; see pic of rules. The sauna / steam-room is “textile free” but in pool bathers must be worn. BUT, the sauna overlooks the pool?!? They have placed a privacy screen in front of half of the sauna. On top of that the entire area is adults only after 8pm. What i witnessed however was the majority or sauna users wearing bathers at all hours, with some mainly Europeans being nude, but discrete. At 8pm a staff member checks to see if any children are present and advises them to leave. Things didn’t change much after 8pm with maybe a few more people being naked in sauna and steam room and a couple of louts one night deciding it was appropriate to exit sauna named and bomb into the pool. That was the only inappropriate behavior i witnessed.
The room had a bit of wall damage near the front door. The sauna overlooking the pool was odd and there’s no change-rooms up there. Just one shower for people moving between sauna and pool which was rarely used. I wouldn’t open your mouth in the pool.

We stayed at SANA Berlin Hotel for a special occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — attentive, warm, and highly professional throughout our stay.
The room was beautiful: spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a calm and modern vibe that made it easy to relax. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were well maintained and inviting. We especially appreciated the atmosphere — elegant yet comfortable — which made the stay feel both special and effortless.
The location is excellent, allowing easy access to the city while still feeling peaceful and well-situated. The bar and lounge area were another highlight, offering great drinks and a pleasant environment to unwind in the evenings.
All in all, SANA Berlin Hotel created the perfect setting for our trip and our celebration. A hotel that combines great service, comfort, and atmosphere — we would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.
