The swimming pool was excellent. The food was excellent. The staff were very polite. The internet speed was good.
1. Most frustrating of all: we had ordered a crib for our 5-month-old baby. It was on the booking, and a staff member also confirmed in chat that it would be provided, but it was never brought to the room.
2. Parking in the underground garage is very difficult if you drive a BMW X5, X7, or any other car of that size. It would be better to keep the outdoor spaces near the hotel available, instead of sending guests into the garage, where it can take about 20 minutes of tight maneuvering to turn the car around. That was disappointing, because other hotels such as the Titanic and the Maritim have much better underground parking, with plenty of room to turn.
3. We booked a family room for two adults and three children for two nights. Saturday was a public holiday and almost everything outside was closed. I would have expected a bottle of water for each person, not two small bottles of still water for the whole family. The hotel could add €5–10 to the stay and provide enough water, or put a water cooler on every floor.
4. The bathroom renovation was poor. The bathroom and toilet doors were installed unevenly, and when closed they leave a gap at an angle of about 20–25 degrees. In the toilet, the switch neither turns the light on nor off, because there is only a dim light from above. The bathroom and toilet floors are not tiled, and the renovation looks cheap. The room walls are plasterboard and have many streaks and marks.
5. The TV looked about 15 years old. The volume seemed to run through the room’s central ceiling system, and even at level 45 we could barely hear the stream. The TV was not usable.
6. For the first time, I had to order slippers and a bathrobe, because they were not in the room.
7. The room also had none of the usual information: no menu, no reception phone numbers, no hotel information, no dining-room or swimming-pool hours, and no emergency brochure. The minibar was completely empty.

We loved this hotel. The room was a very good size with a separate space for eating and relaxing. The swimming pool was a massive bonus for us. The sauna was okay but the stream room didn't really work. The pool is very small but good fun and it had a great view from the top of the building. The washing machine in the room was great. A very convenient location. There are a few places to eat nearby and a small supermarket across the road for the basics. Very convenient for both the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn. We'll definitely stay again.
We stayed in an apartment and would have liked a few more cooking utensils and some kitchen knives.

Location, breakfast, staff very attentive!
Over bath shower not very accessible. High sided bath made it very awkward to get in and the shower head was non adjustable, we couldn’t raise it up!

Great sized rooms and conveniently located, and the wi-fi had great speeds.
No (guest controlled) air conditioning - the room was excessively hot, making it difficult for a good night sleep. Also the oversized designer "doors" that slide allowing you access to only one of either the bathroom / cupboard, or toilet / shower at a time, gets quite annoying.

Location and the pool
Beautiful design and a great location, but this stay had serious issues for a family with a baby.
This hotel attracts a very adult, sexualized crowd — many guests ) were dressed in explicit, revealing clothing throughout the common areas. It felt inappropriate for children and uncomfortable even as an adult to walk through with a baby. If you're traveling with a family, this is not the right choice.
Housekeeping: Our room wasn't cleaned on the first day at all. On the second day, I had to ask three separate times before anyone came, and even then the floor was left dirty until I pointed it out again.
Room temperature: No working air conditioning. The room got extremely hot, and opening the window let in constant street noise, so we couldn't get relief either way.
Baby essentials: When we arrived, the crib we needed wasn't in the room and had to be requested. We also asked for an electric kettle to warm our baby's bottle — it took over an hour to arrive, and I had to follow up myself even though I'd explained it was for a late bedtime feeding.
For the price of a 4-star hotel, the basics — a clean room, working AC, and baby essentials ready on arrival — should not have required this much chasing.
