Very good location. The 1-bed room was small, but still spacious enough. Bedsheets and amenities were clean. The staff was super nice.
The room could use a little bit of love to details: cleaning up the walls, maybe repainting some spots, replacing the carpet right next to the shower ☺️ sadly, it smelled like cigarettes in the hallway.

The hotel upgrade my booking and provided me a nice and spacious room with a view to the river. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with variety of options with fresh ingredients. The staff is polite and helpful.
The corridors are a bit complex. It is a bit smelly on the corridors, removing the carpets would help to solve this problem. It is a bit noisy from the bridge and Friedrichstraße.

The location was in a good central area to access many areas of interest around Berlin.
The cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is disappointing. It is a MAZE to try and get to your room and I got lost!

Lady at the reception desk on our check out was nice
1. Very poor standard 2. On arrival staff member tried to charge us for the stay again even though we payed through booking already. Once I told him we already payed he said it’s booking problem and I should probably contact you now. When I asked him to check on his system payment suddenly appeared. 3. Dirty room

The location is central to a very active area of central city. Public transportation is abundant (2-3 blocks from the subway). Staff was excellent. Nice having an Italian restaurant as part of the hotel.
The hotel needs to provide wash clothes. Scrubbing with body wash sometimes simply isn't enough.
