This property was truly outstanding. Staff was super helpful and nice, I got an upgrade for a super nice suite. Also other requests (e.g. printing some documents, getting some advice) were immediately fulfilled. The room was not just clean and very spacy, it also had a perfect view on the river Spree, including a balcony to sit outside in the sun…
Nothing to complain, everything was perfect :)

Very good location. The 1-bed room was small, but still spacious enough. Bedsheets and amenities were clean. The staff was super nice.
The room could use a little bit of love to details: cleaning up the walls, maybe repainting some spots, replacing the carpet right next to the shower ☺️ sadly, it smelled like cigarettes in the hallway.

The hotel upgrade my booking and provided me a nice and spacious room with a view to the river.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with variety of options with fresh ingredients. The staff is polite and helpful.
The corridors are a bit complex. It is a bit smelly on the corridors, removing the carpets would help to solve this problem. It is a bit noisy from the bridge and Friedrichstraße.

The location was in a good central area to access many areas of interest around Berlin.
The cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is disappointing.
It is a MAZE to try and get to your room and I got lost!
