Great location next to many restaurants and close by to tourist attractions. We were upgraded on arrival to a triple suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Room was clean and staff were friendly.
Air-con could have been a bit cooler, however, we did visit during an extreme heatwave!

The receptionist that helped me most of the time really made my stay, If I don’t remember wrong his name was Eduardo. He was always very smiley and kind. Other than that my room was pretty clean, bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked good and location is really good. I really enjoyed my stay in Berlin and would totally recommend Hotel Neuer Fritz to anyone who is looking for budget friendly accommodation.

The location, near a main subway station and in easy walking distance of the area of the main sights, was ideal. A friendly welcome from all staff and although we were early, we were able to store our luggage. Whereas my room was small and a single with no view, the shower was excellent. My friend was upgraded to a double room and with a better view. Breakfast was very good value and there were lots of variety in items.
That the upgrade of room wasn’t applied directly to the person who had booked the room.

Room was spacious and well equipped. Well designed. Excellent view.
I left my electric shaver (straight edge behind) and notified the hotel. They said they would look into it and get back to me re sending it to Canada. They never did.
