The best thing about the hotel was definitely its location and proximity to the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean. The hotel was also conveniently located close to many attractions and places around the city.
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were very low quality, and the blanket was too small, almost like a children’s blanket. I had to request an extra pillow and blanket to sleep comfortably. The furniture in the room also felt quite cheap, and the floor could have been improved with better flooring or carpeting.

Great location , nicely designed room
Only 2 sachets of caffeinated coffee the rest were decaf and no refills the next day ( milk proper coffee) very picky and not enough to put me off in the future

We stayed in one of the suites after a very kind upgrade from the staff, the suite was so lovely, the view was incredible and we were very happy there. The location of the hotel was perfect, I dont know if it could have been better.
The initial room we were in was very small and I am pretty sure it is not what I booked. Booking.com also stated that there were exercise bikes you could hire to the room, but this was not the case, so that was disappointing, I wouldnt have booked this hotel if I had known there wasnt access to any gym equipment. Though this was all rectified by staff, so our stay was wonderful, these were just the things I didnt like.

The suite had a balcony that overlooked the Spree and the tower. Location was great, very central. The attached Italian restaurant was great for evening meals and good value, though the breakfast did not feel like value. The room was very spacious.
The beds were uncomfortable, very hard, and the room wasn't very clean. Thick dust on the headboards. The daily clean may have included bed making, hoovering, emptying of bins and replenishing the coffee, but throughout the week this was hit and miss. One day the the bin was emptied, the next the bed was made but never everything on the same day. The had floor surfaces were never mopped and the staircase leading to the suites were never hoovered in the week we were there.

Great check-in experience. Staff is super friendly and everything went smooth. Location is also excellentm just a few steps from S Friedrichstrasse. Was only there for one night but would come again.

Central location and clean. Cheap and cheerful.
Hotel is in a shared building and on 3rd floor which is a bit unexpected as it has a nice reception on the main road. Room (n33) was clean and large but with an unusual layout: shower was in the middle of the room and not in separate quarter, sink in the room, very long window.

Also other requests (e.g. printing some documents, getting some advice) were immediately fulfilled. The room was not just clean and very spacy, it also had a perfect view on the river Spree, including a balcony to sit outside in the sun…
