The location is central to a very active area of central city. Public transportation is abundant (2-3 blocks from the subway). Staff was excellent. Nice having an Italian restaurant as part of the hotel.
The hotel needs to provide wash clothes. Scrubbing with body wash sometimes simply isn't enough.

Location is good
It's not really a hotel. It's a lobby with a separate floor of rooms that's disconnected from the lobby and only accessible through a random (and smelly) staircase. The room had a dirty and worn plastic 'carpet', didn't have long enough curtains to block out any of the bright street lights. Sadly, when I had trouble finding my room, i found out that all listed hotel phone numbers (including hotel emergency / night lines) weren't answering. So you're on your own. Check in is with a machine outside the hotel.

Staff were amazing and helpful! Check in was easy and room was very comfortable in a great location near the metro. Many close restaurants to relax in and enjoy the near by river watching.

Really well located to historic area, shopping and metro. Loved the suites with a view of the river. Loved the terrace. Breakfast was well done with an omelet bar. I loved this place.
No door to the sink and shower room (but there was for the toilet). So hard for one person to be in bathroom without waking the other person up.

The location was in a good central area to access many areas of interest around Berlin.
The cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is disappointing. It is a MAZE to try and get to your room and I got lost!

It is very organized and clean!. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It has a 10/10 location, accessible from everywhere and the view close the river is amazing. The staff is also very helpful and kind.
