Great location, fun staff, nice room with cool enough AC to make ice cream if you wanted. Very secure with multiple card key check points. Right by the subway, many places to eat and the river.
The room was very small. Im almost always on a scuba liveaboard for a trip or camping so it was no big deal for me but fitting my two big bags in meant creativity. If you're someone who wants a lot of space and a big bed, eh....it was like a cute boat cabin.

Fantastic location, located just a few minutes away from public transport. Right by the river. Perfect for easy strolls along the river bank which has many eateries. Great value for the fantastic location.
My room was given to me as an upgrade but was right next to the cleaners station making it very noisy for those who like to sleep in or rest. The hotel is within an apartment building which is a little grubby. There is a shared lift with the apartment floors and really only one floor has hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet was limited for the price but ok.

The mattress was worn out and needs to be replaced, i felt the bed frame under it, and it was uncomfortable

The room was spacious and nicely designed. The aircon worked well for a hot summer day. The staff was nice and friendly.
A fire alarm gone off the night when I stayed. We were outside to wait until the firemen cleared the building for re-entry. It wasn't the hotel's fault of course. Though it would have probably been helpful to explain what was going on / what to expect to us standing outside.

Great stay at this hotel, right in the heart of Berlin. I wish I’d had time to have breakfast at the restaurant, as it looked really nice. Special mention to Esteban, who was at reception when I arrived. He was so friendly and cheerful, the kind of person who can make you smile even after a long day of travelling. Definitely recommend it!
