The hotel is modern and in a great location. The room was spacious and clean, and everything worked. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was EUR 25 with a good selection of hot and cold food.
The hotel is situated on a road junction. My room was on the second floor facing the junction. The soundproofing was inadequate and I was woken many times by loud engines, car horns and very loud police sirens all night.
Other smaller niggles were:
- You're given a bottle of sparkling water at check in. I prefer still water. You can at least use the fridge in the room to chill your own.
- The electrical outlets by the bed were at floor level rather than above the tables.
- Pillows were too thin and didn't offer much support.
- I could not find any way to stream content to the TV.

Berlin centre was about a 50 minute walk away. An unpleasant 'drainy' smell in our room intermittently

Room was big and spacious. Rooms very clean! Location was great- near lots of shops / restaurants and transport links! Staff were really helpful.
Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t have it. You had to grab the tea and coffee from downstairs if you wanted it instead of it being replenished in the room.
