Good Breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the sunrise from the window every morning. Very comfortable bathroom area and big shower.
TV - English tv was non existent only in German. Maybe some extra natural drinkable water in the room, 1/2 bottles. I think the heating can be lowered and make it comfortable to actually sleep covered because it gets too hot during the night if you stay covered.

The hotel is well maintained, modern and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating and there is a very good buffet breakfast for 25€ per person. Our room had a very nice view of the city and there is a closed parking garage that is included in the price of the booking. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the city. You can reach a lot of places by foot and there are metro and bus stations very close as well.

Being a very big hotel the breakfast is somehow crowded but it's acceptable.
I have asked for a deluxe room, it was big enough but the view towards the back parking it wasn't something deluxe. The toilet brush was broken, the window curtains had holes and the shower with the transparent glass door and towards the entrance door is not good for privacy, imagine if the cleaning service enters the room and you take a shower....
Also for a 4* hotel not offering a pair of slippers that costs less than 1 euro....

The staff and the receptionist were very friendly and professional.

Hotel is in a great spot - right on the edge of Unweltzone, so it's easy to reach even if you are just passing by. They have free parking (although everything from the 2nd floor upwards is only up to 1.8m). Rooms are great and have a nice view to the city.

Beautiful modern new hotel with spacious rooms and terrific bathroom. Food service was stellar. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location.
My only minor complaint was there were not enough power outlets in the room.
