Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the breakfast area was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the coffee served from the thermos by the staff, which was not good. Fortunately, there was an espresso machine available, and the coffee from it was fine.

Location was great. Stylish room, kept in a fairly good condition.
Families with kids rolled over the property, tonnes of noise and making it impossible to rest at various hours of the day. Night time staff were utterly rude. Reception need to work on their hospitality. Pillows were flat like paper. Twin beds slid across the floor.

I spent a few days here with my family, and we had a wonderful time. The rooms are very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the views over the city are amazing.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were very professional and always helpful, putting their guests first.
Personally, the beds were too soft for me. But housekeeping was quick to provide a solution by adding extra padding to the mattress.

The location is really good. Сlose to U-Bahn and easy to get around the city. The room itself was spacious enough for a family of three.
The family room design is something to be aware of: no door to the bathroom, fully transparent shower. Fine for a couple maybe. But with a young child it was awkward every single time.
Housekeeping was a real letdown. We hung the "make up my room" sign at 9:15 AM and left for the day. Came back at 14:30 and the room was untouched. We stopped by reception around 16:30 to remind them and that's when we were told the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. Well, at least they offered to replace the towels as a consolation but that's not really the point.
Another day we put all 6 towels on the floor to have them replaced. Came back to find only 3 bath towels. No hand towels. Even though we left a tip for the cleaner that day.
One night we came back late, bought some snacks from the lobby and sat down on the couches. Our 6 year old fell asleep on my wife's lap. A staff member came over and told us that sleeping in the lobby is not allowed. To be fair, I get it as that's probably their policy. But it left a bit of an odd feeling.
Room amenities were minimal. Literally just soap and shampoo. No slippers, no nothing. We got slippers eventually but only after asking at reception. Coffee and tea weren't restocked automatically either. Not that I drink instant coffee anyway, but you shouldn't have to go and ask for it every time. It just feels like you're begging for things that should already be there. Not what you'd expect at this price point.

The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. There were a few scratches on the floor, but nothing critical. The location was excellent — the subway, buses, and trams were all very close, making it easy to reach any part of the city.
There were no ironing facilities in the room. After I called reception, I was asked to come and collect them myself. I would have expected either to have ironing facilities available in the room or for them to be delivered upon request.

Wonderful
Rooms were spotless and staff was always professional and helpful. Hotel is located next to metro station, multiple restaurants and shipping centers. All major tourist attractions are in 10-40min walking distance.
Bed was too soft (very personal preference).

The overhead shower in bathroom was leaking through false ceiling.
The receptionist didn’t give proper instructions to exit to building car parking exactly the right elevator was not pointed we wasted more time

Good Breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the sunrise from the window every morning. Very comfortable bathroom area and big shower.
TV - English tv was non existent only in German. Maybe some extra natural drinkable water in the room, 1/2 bottles. I think the heating can be lowered and make it comfortable to actually sleep covered because it gets too hot during the night if you stay covered.
