Great historic place. If you want a place that recreates the past, this is a great place to stay. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and tailored to your likes. One of the best things I can say is that when we return to Berlin we will be staying here again.

Very nicely refurbished villa from the turn of the 19th/20th century. A comfortable and spacious room decorated in African style, with a huge bathroom with a tub and separate shower. All necessary amenities were available. A very nice detail: the complimentary water and delicious cookies on arrival. Great location with a private parking. The breakfast is excellent and the staff and owner very friendly.

In short, I loved the extreme care for all details, the exquisite design of some of the furniture in the room and in the large and luminous bathroom, the view on a garden filled with birds (woodpigeons, a red woodpecker, tits, blackcaps, blackbirds) and the delicate table setting. It is rare for me to change my mind so totally about a place: when I arrived in a dark November night, with no instructions on how to enter (I had to call), and then into a large room with looming bluish painting, I though I had not chosen well. But the morning and the following days changed my opinion completely. I did not like all the furniture, yes, but it's rare to see so much care in furnishing a room and the bathroom with a large and beautiful bathtub (and an equally large and modern shower) is exceptional. Breakfast is a wonder of care, with candles, view of the garden, everything set with care and attention by a remarkable gentleman, of great politeness, who unfortunately only speaks German. I left with many questions: what is the story of this kind gentleman and his artistic house? Who chose the lamp which looks like a plant with violet flowers? Who planned the elegant bathroom with two basins? Staying at Villa Kult is almost worth the trip to Berlin. The Tomasa restaurant in the vicinity is pleasant.
Getting the keys was not too easy. Instructions should be received beforehand. Everyone uses Whatsapp these days. Germans resist card payments, but the rest of the world relies on credit cards: perhaps time to adapt.

I liked the location of the villa because it is close to the hospital. The villa is well maintained, clean and spacious. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The staff is very attentive and has a personal touch. I definitely recommend the place.
Only the internet connection is weak or absent at times. This could be improved.

This villa is unique and cannot be compared to any accommodation we have been to. It’s not a hotel, it’s not an apartment, you are literally staying in an old design villa with other guests. It’s a great and artsy experience that adds to Berlin charm. The service is great. The place is very clean. The breakfast is amazing, I especially appreciated the size of tea cup and kettle :)
This is quite logical and expected, because of old wooden floors guests might hear other guests when moving around; might influence sleep of sensitive sleepers. It is more of a suggestion, but having a kettle in the room would make it impeccable.
