Location fantastic. We love walking and the location was ideal. Beds very comfortable. View from our room was wonderful, overlooking the Berlin Cathedral, river and main street. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, organizing a taxi very early in the morning.
There was a smell occasionally in the bathroom coming from the shower drain

In the centre of the city so very easy to access attractions. Hotel was very comfortable, nice decor, very clean and lovely staff. Great spa and food excellent especially in the bar. Rooms large and comfortable

Opposite the Dome, the museum island and Humboldt Forum . If these are your destinations this hotel is perfect. Right in Mitte. Rooms are newly appointed, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend a room with balcony.There is a taxi rank outside which is convenient.
The reception is understaffed with only two people working, so you have to queue for check out and check in.

Nice superior room with excellent views and a balcony. There was a Nespresso machine in the room with a generous supply of capsules, which I consider a must. Good bathroom with a generous shower. Hotel bar that is open into the wee hours with excellent drinks. There is a hotel garage with very easy access. We did not check the breakfast for dietary reasons (or so my wife says).
Service in the hotel bar was a trifle slow. The light / electrical current in the rooms goes out when you pull the card -- there should be at least a 30 sec delay. No stocked MiniBar in the room. German-speaking personnel at reception were hard to find, which is easily remedied by all of us speaking broken English (or not).
