Everything was great! The rooms are spacious and clean, very comfy bed and a great hotel gym. Additional thanks to Reception Manager Lisa who supported me throughout my stay and made it even more comfortable.

I noticed strands of hair on the bathroom walls and ceiling. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a very low level of cleanliness. I went down to reception and left a note. I was assured the room would be cleaned, but it wasn't. I only noticed this when I returned to the room to rest. When I went down to reception to find out the cause, they said they didn't know. The staff were very unhelpful and offered no solution. They even tried to give me two vouchers for drinks. Another shock came when I went to the room and waited for the cleaning team. The housekeeper was going to leave the room without cleaning the bathroom. I showed her the walls, and she tried to pick up the hair with her hands. I told her she needed cleaning supplies. She went and just got a cloth; she didn't use any detergent.
