Everything was perfect! The communication, he placement, the breakfast. My son was really enjoying the stay and started his 9th birthday perfectly in the hotel.

Great location with beautiful views of the cathedral from our balcony and the breakfast room. Lovely breakfast and fantastic bar. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception, bar and housekeeping. Very useful QR code to order more supplies to the room. Breakfast in the room was fantastic. Room was lovely and public areas very well kept!

Room was good except a light that was flickering and didn’t work properly and was Generaly very dark in the roon. The location was good and the facilities generaly good.
The staff, Specifically a few of the men staff were passive aggressive and not very friendly and the laundry bill was way over what I expected for two small bags of launders not even ironing they charged 400€!!!! Which is insane.. they returned some Money from the room service because I was not content but they said it was 100% more expensive because they did it over the holidays but that wasn’t stated anywhere that I saw and when I complained they were not friendly and very passive aggressive.
