Modern very nice building, rooms as expected for 5 stars hotel - good location
While the hotel has lots of potential, the service and some amenities doesn’t reflect a 5 stars hotel. Staff at check in is not attentative, bar tender does not know the menue and keeps rolling eyes if asked if I can put the bill on my room. Minibar empty, shower gel missing in bathroom,… Compared to other 5 star hotels in Berlin big room for improvement.

The location, interior, comfort but mostly i like the stuff in reception, bar guys and every single staff member i talked to. They are exceptionally good people here. I felt like i made friends. ❤️
The only thing that would make me happier would be the lounge where i could smoke, every time I wanted to smoke i should come down in the street but in total the hotel is so good that its okay

Location was good. Room was lovely and overall the hotel was really nice.
We arrived at around 10am and was told the room was available but we have to pay €50 to check in this early. You expect better from a hotel of this calibre. The room definitely had some sort of smokey smell to it after cleaning. The room itself was also quite dark it could do with better lighting.

The room and facilities were amazing, room amenities were restocked everyday, cleanliness maintained and the swimming pool was lovely. Highly recommend.
