On the first stay the view from my room was not good at all. On the second stay the view was perfect. I appreciate the fact that they did an upgrade. It is a pit that i did not manage to register my points as I booked via booking and not directly from Radisson website. If I can still register I would appreciate.

Wonderful
The room was very clean, well appointed, spacious and yet warm and welcoming. The staff were amazingly helpful when I was in the chaos of the Berlin Airport cyber attack after effects. the whole hotel was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was great.
Some of the guests were annoying. there was really nothing else I didn't like. Everything else was great.

Great location. Nice size room for a city hotel. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Good breakfast buffet.
The room was very poorly lit. We had an interior atrium room and all the bulbs in the lamps were so dim it was impossible for my wife to apply makeup.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I specifically booked a room with a balcony because I’m a smoker. During the booking process, there was no mention that smoking on the balcony is not allowed — I only found out upon arrival. That was quite disappointing, as I ended up paying more for a room with a balcony I couldn’t actually use for the purpose I booked it.

The hotel was clean, restaurant had great food,staff well informed and accommodating.
The hotel lobby was grand and felt special. The piano was played by individuals off and on with an large staircase in the center. Great impression!

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location, big spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
I would expect more from a 5-star hotel for the breakfast. Sure, it had all the basics- ham, beans, sausages, vegetables, cheese….but from a hotel like that I would expect for more imagination. Some interesting salad/s? It was a regular 3 star breakfast. Also, room service didn’t come until 17:00 one of the days. I wasn’t the only one. Seems a bit disorganized/short on staff.

Location is great . Can walk to major train station in 10 minutes and a few minute walk to river and Hackescher market

Loved the location and the view of the cathedral! The breakfast and the staff was amazing . The rooms were comfortable and everything was neat and pristine . This is somewhere I highly recommend people who is visiting Berlin for the first time , centric classy and comfortable.

Great location
Customer service was terrible. Accepted the upgrade price during check in and secretly charged full price during our stay. I need to check my bank statement to find out. And later they called me back saying oh I don’t want to ruin your stay so they will cancel the extra charge. It shouldn’t even happen at the first place. After they clean the room is still messy and dusty, like really dusty. I was feeling sick during the stay due to super allergic to dust, the manager for housekeeping came to the room with an angry face to ask for my inquiries.I asked for honey she said you have to pay, I asked for more teabags and she opened the draw and said you have it here. I asked to change the sheet to hyper allergenic and told her about the dust on the floor she’s not giving a good answer. After checkout the system charged me laundry twice but I only did one time. After I sent 3 emails they finally reach back to me and admitted the mistake. Terrible experience.

Overzealous housekeeping staff threw away so much needed items that I had. Thankfully, they were found. The room was a bit dark, in the bathroom door was not well placed. the bathtub didn’t drain properly. Expensive breakfast.

Breakfast is really good, room is decent size, location is perfect and central. We enjoyed a 4 nights stay here.
