Hotel location was excellent, close to shops/restaurants/museums/transit. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was a lovely hotel with everything we needed. The pool was appreciated on a very hot day, fitness center had what I was hoping for.
More expensive than I'd prefer, but happy we chose this property. Have not stayed in other hotels in Berlin to compare it with. I'd forgotten that a "queen" bed in Europe is really just two twins pushed together and that in the summer sleeping with the comforters is HOT! Didn't take advantage of the breakfast as it did not seem we would likely eat enough to make it worth the cost. Pool was kind of small and crowded.

Nice stuff, great location, beautiful hallway
Room was pretty dirty,dust was everywhere, had to clean by my self. The people who were cleaning forgot to take out the trash, leaving it in the middle of the bathroom. had to ask for coffee, milk, towels

Location was incredible! Every mueseum, restaurant shopping and transport close by.great place to explore Berlin!
Rooms were nice and spacious, staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety, we ate at the Bar restaurant and it was excellent as well. Has a small indoor pool and saunas
Toilet cleaness could be improved
Took a Spa treatment and it wasnt very comfortable since it is done by a another business, that uses the hotel rooms for the treatments it wasnt organised well and it affected the relaxation from the treatment.

-The location is great, you can see the cathedral from the room which is quite a stunning view.
-The food at the restaurant was subpar, bland and tasteless.
-The breakfast buffet lacked options, there were all the same types of food every day, no variety e.g only one type of sausages, 2-3 pastries and only 2 egg options. Very bland and boring food.
- I found the reception staff to be quite rude and unprofessional. For a 5-star hotel, the reception staff lacked basic manners, professionalism and frankly they couldn’t even understand basic English. I would like to mention two people specifically: the man with black hair and glasses, and the blonde woman at reception. These 2 were the worst of the bunch. Highly untrained and unprofessional.
It feels like they rely too much on their great location and don’t put the same effort into the other aspects of the hotel. The overall experience just didn’t live up to what you’d expect from a 5-star property.

Outstanding location. Great rooms. Great bathrooms. Great comfort. Great ambience. Great bar. Great pool. Great wifi. Great parking. Great staff. Simply a great choice (and still my favourite in Berlin). This was my first visit after the renovation in 2023 and 2024. They did a great job.
Very hard to answer that question. I can't really think of anything. Let's see. What can I say? Wait a minute. I had to call a technician for the bathtub. He was very nice and arrived in a couple of minutes.

Great location; close to many museums and the subway. Unless you get the breakfast included with your room rate, I would skip it as it’s rather expensive at nearly 40 euros per person. The food is good just not worth the price. Room was clean and spacious.

The property is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring Berlin. The hotel has a modern design, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the Front Desk Supervisor, Long.
We were walk-in guests after having to leave two Accor hotels because neither property had functioning air conditioning during the heatwave. We were exhausted and simply looking for a comfortable place to stay. From the moment we approached Long, he was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience.
Long is a true asset to the company. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication perfectly embody the hotel’s brand and commitment to excellent hospitality. Thank you, Long, for turning a stressful day into a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I never imagined that something like this would happen at a 5-star hotel from a famous, reputable chain, yet here we are. There was an awful amount of dust on every single surface. We were disgusted to even put our belongings down. There were fingerprint stains on the doors... There was only one coffee cup in the room. For 3 days, they didn't bother to bring another one. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We are extremely disappointed with the hygiene and overall quality of the hotel.
