Location
I stayed for 2 nights. The second day, coming at the hotel around 5 pm the room was not cleaned. The explication: we are a green hotel we do not clean the rooms unless you request. First, i think making the bed and making the bathroom to look clean, using eco products, should do the trick to be green. Secondly, they should ask at the check in if you want to have your room cleaned. Thirdly, when i asked for the cleaning service the maid came and left her products in the bathroom. They were not bio, just regular ones, she left the product for bathroom next to my make up stuff ( not using her cleaning stroller) and her cleaning the floors cloth on my hair brush! Please see the photo. As far as I can trust, they probably clean the toilet with our toothbrush. 5 star hotel!

The pool is for two people, it would be fair to write that people know, the hotel receives a very large number of people, it is crowded at breakfast, there is not much choice of food, and when you order a la carte you wait up to 20 minutes, and in the evening there are 5 employees working in the bar and you wait for a drink as if only one person was working.
It's stuffy in the room because the air conditioner blows and doesn't cool, the window overlooks the bar and when you open it it's noisy, all in all I wouldn't recommend it for any kind of peace and comfort. The only valuable thing is the perfect location.

The hotel is stunning and the staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and clean. The breakfast options weren't plenty, but what was on offer was delicious and filling. You had a choice of the buffet or ordering from the menu. We chose the menu but still picked bits from the buffet.
The pool in the spa is small and there was a family in it playing ball games so we didn't get in. If you're not used to nudity, be aware that people use the saunas fully naked. It still a nice and clean space. Just don't wear the hotel slippers down there as you will slip over if not careful.

Central location, fairly clean.
The hotel air conditioning was not up to par, I was sweating in my bed each night and it is the month of may I dread to think how it would be in the summer months. We also discovered that the beds had some sort of water proof rubber sheet, that was contributing to the bed feeling hot like a furnace,
The breakfast was atrocious, it was absolutely stone cold, we had to complain , and then the manager bought food for us especially, but it is a buffet format, meaning after only that one plate of minimal hot food, if we wanted to go back for more, it would be the same stone cold food or we would have to bother the manager again. We also offered an omelette at breakfast, it took over 40 minutes to reach our table and yes you guessed it, it was also stone cold. And the cost for breakfast was over 30 euros.
They also did not communicate well when I asked for a room upgrade, we were told by the concierge on the day of check in, 1/5/2925, that there were no upgrades to a balcony room, and would let us know the next day. We never heard from them, and then I received a strange message on my app, jst a full stop, when I responded to ask what it means,!only then did I get a an appropriate response stating that there were no upgrades available.
We complained abt the room air con not working and was told we cld move to another room, but we had to move there and then, at 3am in the morning, and we had no choice. We were also given a refund for the breakfast, but I would rather have had a comfortable room and a nice breakfast, this exp ruined my stay tbh.
