Great room! Great design. This time tou can experience for real all 5 stars! Fabulous breaksfast! It’s a must!
We could not use the pool. Have no ideea why. It was a 2-4 days thing Too many plastic plants! You have to start use real life for interior spaces!

You expect high quality service because of the name and the price, however our stay was absolutely disappointing. It is obvious that the top management is cost saving and it is directly affecting the quality of the service the guests receive. The staff is overworked, the room had dirty towels when we arrived and the housekeeping is supposed to clean your room until 7 pm which is unheard of imo. We requested a room with two separate beds but even this seems hard because when we arrived late to our room our beds were still not separated and the reception staff and the night shift was absolutely unhelpful and unapologetic and on top of that rude about this inconvenience just because we wanted to be treated with respect. A huge shame on this hotel, the stay was really disappointing.

Everything was great! The rooms are spacious and clean, very comfy bed and a great hotel gym. Additional thanks to Reception Manager Lisa who supported me throughout my stay and made it even more comfortable.
