Location
I never imagined that something like this would happen at a 5-star hotel from a famous, reputable chain, yet here we are. There was an awful amount of dust on every single surface. We were disgusted to even put our belongings down. There were fingerprint stains on the doors... There was only one coffee cup in the room. For 3 days, they didn't bother to bring another one. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We are extremely disappointed with the hygiene and overall quality of the hotel.

It was pretty and well situated in the city. Overall it was a nice place to rest.
They were sooo disorganized there with no apparent communication between the housekeeping (a total mess- no consistency from day to day- there would constantly forget to empty garbage cans and refill towels, the body wash was empty and when we asked for more we were given the large container instead of them taking a moment to replace the canister inside the shower), the bar area (I was called and woken up after 11:30pm to come down in my slippers to pay a bill that I had a credit card on file for since we were staying there- ridiculous- I had to tell them to look it up), we were actually put into a room that hadn’t been cleaned when we first got there and on our second to last day we had someone come by with a welcome platter that we had never received but it wasn’t for us, it was for a different guest. No one seemed aware of our presence whatsoever. There were no greetings, no smiles, no sense that they cared about us their guests, at all. We had paid for 2 different rooms for 4 nights each which is not cheap and for a 4 star place, our experience was a 1 star hotel. It is a physically beautiful hotel but with no charm— totally void of personal touch and disorganized - with no quality control and no one to even complain to. It’s like they wanted nothing to do with their guests, besides checking them in at the desk. Then you were on your own and not taken care of.

Location ,restaurants variety, location and lobby space that included places to work.
The stuff delayed us at check in and promise us things that made us change plans and were not true.
The floor of the shower was not clean.
The room service menu did not have water which was weird.
I was at a 5 stars hotels- the service in this one did not felt like it. There was no attention to details at all.
Felt very much like a 4 stars hotel.

Very convenient location, nice modern rooms, clean and spacious
Air conditioning was not cooling the room for 2 nights out of the 4 we stayed, had to ask several times before it was fixed. Not even a single apology, no one asked if everything was fine at check out. Nothing. Third time in this hotel - will choose somewhere else next time.
At check in - our room was not ready yet. We were told we would get notified once it is ready. Never received a message.

We got a room facing the Main Street with an amazing view, but when you open the window for fresh air, it’s very noisy. If you don’t want to use the air conditioning and prefer to keep the window open, it can be quite problematic. The air conditioning is also a bit noisy when it’s running. That’s the only thing that bothered me. I’m sensitive to noise.

Great location, near everything (museum, train, u-bahn, shops...)
It is a beautiful hotel and our room was spacious.
Nice facilities: gym (with weight room), pool, 2 sauna's, showers with shampoo etc.
Late check-in and check out possible.
They gave us a cake for my birthday!
The room cleaning service was a bit odd: they never really cleaned the room, only added new towels and bottle of water.
The table and chairs on our balcony were very dirty so we could not sit there.
The hotel is very big so the service is sometimes not optimal: we had to ask 3 different people for an extra blanket and shampoo.
The hotel is built in a circle but there are elevators on only one side. It is quite a walk when your room is on the opposite side.

Pleasant
The hotel itself looks beautiful and certainly has the appearance of a five-star property. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and the mattresses were excellent. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.
There was a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. We reported this to the front desk multiple times, but the problem was never resolved, and we received no follow-up or update regarding the issue.
In addition, housekeeping forgot to provide small towels in our room. After asking the front desk three separate times, the towels were finally delivered.
Airconditioning wasn't working properly and it was warm in de room while the airconditioning was on maximum cooling
The hotel bar is attractive and pleasant, but the prices are exceptionally high. For example, a glass of Riesling cost around €9, which is roughly the same price as an entire bottle purchased online.

I booked twin room but got double room, even I have already texted to the hotel immediately when I booked. I contacted reception staff they said they were fully occupied and cannot provide the beds but when I insisted they can arrange. The manager or staff in charge acted irritating and walked away at the begging so rude. Understand that this request is subject to availability but they should at least really try. Manner should also be improved. If you have special request, do not risk staying there.
