We had a great stay. Loved the hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.
On our last night the air con seemed to go haywire and so we were too hot/stuffy and couldn’t sleep.

Fantastic hotel. Really couldn’t fault our stay. Particularly loved the pool and sauna facilities, and the proximity to museum island and a local Kaufland grocery store.
The room service menu is quite limited, but not a huge issue for us.

Great staff assistance...central to everything. Quiet...slept so well. Elegant rooms and just great quality stay.
Lighting in the room a little dark for winter. Perhaps a little more light...on a dimmer or something.
