I never imagined that something like this would happen at a 5-star hotel from a famous, reputable chain, yet here we are. There was an awful amount of dust on every single surface. We were disgusted to even put our belongings down. There were fingerprint stains on the doors... There was only one coffee cup in the room. For 3 days, they didn't bother to bring another one. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We are extremely disappointed with the hygiene and overall quality of the hotel.

When checking in the staff were very unhelpful… we are for rooms close for our kids and they put us on separate floors. We ask for a rein for our children and were given a double. We also entered our room and there was blood on the bedding. These problems were resolved after 3 hrs.
The rooms were cleaned terribly .. used glasses were not removed, cup not changed for clean ones

Our room was spacious and cozy at the same time. The hotel's location was great and the scenery from the balcony was fantastic overlooking the spree. A very big shoutout to the receptionist Liza! she made sure we had an excellent experience and we are very satisfied and appreciative of her. We would definitely go back again for a visit!

Expected much more for breakfast at 5star hotel. It doesn’t suit to many 4star hotels I visited.
Cleaning was poor, especially the bathroom and floors. Expected change of the bad linens twice at least.

Very modern and stunning hotel. A very polite and welcoming administrator offered me kindly an upgrade, so I had a chance to stay my 1 night in Berlin with a stunning view. Thank you Lisa!
I asked to refill the shampoo bottle when I arrived, however the room service didn’t do that until the next morning. I had to leave the hotel using the shower gel.

The bedsheet is defo not clean, we can even see other ppls hair before we lie in the bed and both me and my partner’s skin is red and itchy after sleeping there. We called reception at 1am and complained about it. They just took a bedsheet for us and leave. We as a customer need to make the bed ourselves….. and this is 5-star???
