I booked twin room but got double room, even I have already texted to the hotel immediately when I booked. I contacted reception staff they said they were fully occupied and cannot provide the beds but when I insisted they can arrange. The manager or staff in charge acted irritating and walked away at the begging so rude. Understand that this request is subject to availability but they should at least really try. Manner should also be improved. If you have special request, do not risk staying there.

It was all pleasant, very good location, cleaning and well designed and furnished room.
The gym is quite small for this size and premium hotel, it needs to be included. The equipments are good and new.

The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to a lor of main attractions, with bars and restaurant in the area. the room is good sized and with good facilities. The breakfast has variety of choices. The staff was very helpfull

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel Berlin. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The staff were especially attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant was excellent, and room service was equally impressive. The location simply can't be beat! You're just minutes away from Museum Island and Alexanderplatz, and with multiple transportation options right on your doorstep, getting around the city couldn't be easier. The rooms were quiet and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful linens that made for a truly restful night's sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on our next visit to Berlin.

Good breakfast, as expected in this category.
The bathrobe was easily two sizes too small. When I asked about it, I was only told, “We only have this size.” My comment, “But surely not all your guests are the same size,” was left unanswered. The problem was left unaddressed. With a bathrobe that only reached my elbows and barely closed around my stomach, unfortunately I was unable to use the wellness area.

Room was very nice with a superior view. The 5 story bar with glass elevators was a stunning place to have a drink or snack and relax. It had pretty much everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Berlin. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
A special thanks to Rafael at the reception — he was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, but he went above and beyond to help us fix the issue. He contacted Booking.com himself and did his best to make everything smooth for us. His politeness and genuine care really made a difference in our experience.
Thank you for such a lovely stay. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back again.

In the refrigerator, we found food left by previous guests, the linens were dirty, there were no coffee capsules in the room, and although we requested separate beds, we were given a combined bed. (We had to ask for everything to be fixed.)

the view and location
!! During my stay, I encountered unacceptable behavior from one of the reception staff members (a woman with black hair and a blonde ponytail, typically working daytime shifts).
Her attitude was consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. While interacting with other staff, she would laugh and speak in German, clearly aware that I could not understand, which felt dismissive and inappropriate.
When I asked a simple question about where I could leave my luggage before check-in, she responded rudely, stating that I was disturbing her and that I should wait. Her tone and facial expression were openly irritated and unwelcoming.
This is far below the level of service I expected.
!! Additionally, the room service breakfast was extremely disappointing.
We paid approximately €60, yet received only coffee, fruit, a few bakery items, and cheese. This is not reasonable value. For the same price, the full buffet offers a significantly more complete and satisfying selection.
On top of that, we were asked to pay an additional €9 service fee for delivery to the room. In many hotels, requesting breakfast to the room is a standard service and not charged separately in this way.
Overall, both the service quality and pricing structure were not aligned with expected hospitality standards.

Hotel is very, very comfortable, location is fantastic.
During my stay, I noticed a strong body odor from some of the cleaning staff—both when they entered the room and after cleaning. The lingering smell of sweat in the room made it uncomfortable and required prolonged airing. I hope this can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
