Pool is nice
Breakfast was very expensive at 35€/person. The quality did not match the price, it really fell off since my last stay 2 years ago. Small selection, poor quality and unhelpful/unfriendly staff that was not able to accommodate us in any way after complaining. Room service food was vastly overpriced for the at best mediocre food quality provided. The hotels image seems to be disconnected from reality. I would not recommend this hotel since I was very disappointed by the service; there are better places in Berlin in the same price category.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of buses, the underground, and city trains, which made getting around very easy. Despite being in the city center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated as a light sleeper. The online check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and starting the day with a morning swim was perfect. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room. One small detail that really stood out was the amazing scent in the lobby, it created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely Hotel- modern, clean.
Our air conditioning wasn’t working (it was far too hot in our room) We needed colder. Unfortunately the staff tried to pretend that it was…. until I got the maintenance man to actually tell them it wasn’t working and I had to show them the air conditioning working in my kids room as a comparison!!??

A fantastic hotel in a great location, very easy to jump on the train to get around and explore this amazing city. The hotel has great modern decor with it's animal theme (the zoo being just up the road) and a nice feel to it! Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb and the choice was incredible, we also had a couple of nice evening meals in the hotel restaurant too. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated in Budapester Strasse which is a nice area in Kurfurstendamn where there are plenty of good restaurants, cafe's and nice shops.
There was nothing we didn't like, we would definitely stay here again!
