In general, stuff was good, specially reception and bellboys. Cleaning stuff were responsible. Breakfast was excellent and service was perfect.
The property was not new, the furniture need to be refreshed. Service of the Blend bar during night time was not good, there was delay and besides of it waiters responded us in a rude way.

- The facilities were great. Wellness area and gym were kept very clean and well looked after. Bedroom was spotless and incredibly comfy. Bed was soft and comfortable, I had a good sleep!
- Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. No issues with the customer service side of things, although service is quite slow in the dining area. I almost went somewhere else.
- Location is decent. You are a couple of stops away from Berlin Hauptbahnhoff (don't know if I spelt that right, I'm not German mate)
- Dining. I think the food was of a good quality but the menu is quite overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't consider it the greatest value for money unfortunately.
- Busy. I've tried numerous times to get through for room service, this has not been possible and I've had to resign myself to coming downstairs/making other arrangements.

Had to change room since we requested 1 King bed - but instead got 2 Single beds with beds with badly squeekig mattress.
For this level I expect at least a decent bed
Could not regulate the heat and the room was way too hot.

The hotel has a great location. Also, it is a cheaper option in the area.
The cleanliness and the breakfast options. Breakfast was not that great. There are some nice bakeries and coffee shops close by that offer better food for the same price. Upon arrival the toilet in my room was not clean.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is nice,comfortable and clean
The WiFi is just awful. We got a room with unstable internet. When we talk to the front desk they told us that the WiFi is not good in the lower floors so the upgraded us to higher floor but the WiFi was still not good.

The hotel's location is very great, the level of service and prices are great, the standard of the room was great, and the hotel staff were excellent, as well as its proximity to the city center. We had a great time at the hotel.
