Staying at the Pulman was a great experience in every step - from the location, hotel amenities, food, service, everything was really great. Just 5 minutes walk from the famous Ku-damm area, across the Berlin zoo - the location is really great.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We experienced an inconvenient in the booking system and they solved it very pragmatically. Special thanks to Pia and Gian-Luca. Customer-centricity at its finest. We'll definitely come back!

Everything was superb. - The room was clean and comfortable. - Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast was exceptional.

Nice location, very clean hotel, comfortable room, pillows, nice smells everywhere.
Sauna didn’t work, but I would not have time to attend it anyways. Sometimes it was a bit cold in the room, I haven’t manage to sort out how to control the temperature. Maybe, it was uncontrollable.
