Good location, spacious room, nice and relaxing spa area.
The hotel is not that new, but this did not prevent us from enjoying. The parking areas below the hotel are tight (pay attention to the manoeuvres).

Hotel is a good option not far from Berlin downtown. It is very beautiful, very clean, and affordable. Room was very comfortable, and room amenities are really good quality ones. We could not enjoy the other facilities, and we did not take the breakfast. It is not far from downtown and next to the Zoo and Tiergarten. It is possible to walk to Berlin Philharmonie.
For public transportation there is a 5-min walk bus stop only and subway/train is bit further. Not to dislike, but consider that on your stay and moving.

Location was perfect for my business meeting and is well connected with public transport. Room was spacious and clean and SPA zone extraordinary.
The hotel does not use stainless steel containers that keep food warm during breakfast. I wasn't thrilled with the fried eggs and ham with hardened edges.

Lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Food within the hotel bar was delicious and staff was an accommodating for providing food for a baby too. The pool was lovely and the area around the pool was perfect to relax in. The pool was still cold but it is heated compared to others in the area.
The only thing we had an issue with was that the staff members working by the pool, struggled to understand English so we were unable to order drinks from the menu there. But otherwise all members of staff were very kind and helpful.
