Friendly staff; the variety of food offered for breakfast is fair. Reliable internet connection.
I was surprised to see that most of the TV channels were in German, so if you do not know the language, there is very limited TV entertainment. What really upset me was the inability to reach the concierge. Many people come for business and tourism, and we do not spend much time at the hotel. I stopped by the front desk three times to inquire about a shuttle to the airport. Each time, I was referred to the concierge service, which, if I remember correctly, was open only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We were leaving the hotel by 8 a.m. at the latest and returning after 5 p.m.

Really great location and the view into the zoo was a lovely treat. Friendly and welcoming staff to help with any questions. There is a bus stop just a few steps away otherwise the U-Bahn and S-Bahn options are still close with just a little bit of a walk.

We had a great experience at this hotel in Berlin. It is always our first choice when we visit the city, mainly because of its location. The spa is excellent, and the pool is very well heated according to the weather, making it perfect to enjoy even with kids. Highly recommended.

breakfast was amazing we tried everything, staff was very nice they helped with everything, we could check in earlier and leave our bags there for free, the room was very nice and comfy, the neighbourhood was very pretty.

It was very spacious and we've got a nice quiet room, good coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom was also quite big, with a nice shower.
During our stay the pool amenities were not working, and actually we booked the hotel for the swimming pool. Our bathroom shower was clogged and the water overflowed a bit.

In general, stuff was good, specially reception and bellboys. Cleaning stuff were responsible. Breakfast was excellent and service was perfect.
The property was not new, the furniture need to be refreshed. Service of the Blend bar during night time was not good, there was delay and besides of it waiters responded us in a rude way.
