We like our assigned room . It was cleaned and the bed is really comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the pool for free in our entire stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Pestana staff are well trained and hospitable. They treat every guest with respect. Pestana is also nicely located and has so many ammenities. I enjoyed my stay there and I give it 10/10

This hotel was wonderful. My partner and I were over for the Berlin half marathon. It was ideally located within walking distance to the start line. It is in a quiet location but short walk (20mins) to bars & restaurants and the bike store.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful with hot and cold plates available, fresh breads and juices etc.
there is also a small shop available at the lobby to get toothpaste, snacks and drinks which was so handy!
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were nice and spacious and cleaned daily which was nice.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Berlin. The bus stop is right across the road too fo easy access to other areas.
The air con machine in the room was very noisy at night.

The room was very modern and we enjoyed the lighting. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows. The location was great for us as our main purpose of the trip was visiting the zoo.
Would be nice if a more affordable breakfast was available. The breakfast price seems out of proportion to the room price. The alternative option to buy and bring our own breakfast or go to a cafe was tricky with the food stores and cafes all min 15 minute walk away, so it took a bit of planning.

Have been coming to this hotel many times. I like that it's outside the busy center but close to everything at the same time. I like being able to park.
The icy pavement and the very young unexperienced staff upon check-in.
