The room is very convenient, good breakfast.
Generally, the staff were very nice. However, during check-in and again the next day, when i took my bag, there was one staff member and she was not particularly friendly. It’s not a major issue, but since the overall experience was excellent, this slightly affected the impression.

personally I really liked the friendliness of the staff. They understood my demands quickly and gave me the best option available for parking, for example. Good vibes all around. I am thinking of coming again this year.
I would surely have enjoyed a bigger pool, a larger space for the sauna and gym. The parking prices are a bit high. And the cleaning personnel is something I could have enjoyed seeing more. The wifi also. It is very slow and sometimes not working.

Was just a wonderful stay all staff were polite and helpful breakfast was delicious and so plentiful a restaurant at night could be helpful but I found many excellent restaurants pretty close buy the bus system while at times crowded is very useful and efficient

The front desk staff were so helpful and nice. They put us in rooms away from the elevator as requested and were so cheerful in the morning as we checked out. All and all, a great stay and clean facility.
It would have been nice had the showers near the sauna and steam room had curtains, even though you shower with clothes on, it would have been nice. The gym wasn't the best equipped but clean and overall nice area.

The breakfast was good and the location was good. It's a bit far from the center of Berlin but otherwise the area was just fine.
The gym was very small and the hours were very limited. As a person who enjoys working out in the morning, it was impossible to do so before 7 am, because that's when the gym opened. Also, at 7, the place was so crowded and there were so few cardio machines, the demand far exceeded the available equipment. If you like exercising, I recommend finding a different place.

- The mini bar was not stocked, which would have enhanced our experience.
- The mattress quality did not meet expectations and affected our overall comfort during our stay.
- Upon check-in, we asked about paying for breakfast, but were informed that, due to high demand, it might not be available. As a result, we decided to have breakfast at a nearby café.

Shower was incredible. Water pressure was like standing under a waterfall. Location was perfect for hopping on transportation to get to anywhere in the city. Rooms were clean and bright.
Bed was too firm. Sleeping through the night was a bit challenging.

The service was terrible. None of the receptionists answered the phone. My wife had booked the hotel for my birthday, and she had mentioned it both when she booked and when she arrived. We even told them again that it was my birthday, but nothing happened.

The hotel is in a good location, friendly and very helpful staff . Very delicious breakfast . The hygiene is excellent. Facilities like gym. Swimming pool and sauna were great and relaxing for us!
