It was a very nice hotel close to the city center. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. The rooms were clean and we were able to reserve a parking spot.
They have a limited amount of ev chargers in the parking and even though we had booked a space with an ev charger we couldn’t use it because it was occupied by another vehicle.

Great location with local bus stops for ease of travel Friendly helpful staff both before arrival (advice on how to get there on public transport was perfect) then help with directions to tourist spots Buffet breakfast was nice with choices for everyone.
Unfortunately didn’t use swimming pool It was a bit dark and not comfortable to use ladder ( we are two elderly ladies!!). However spa was lovely Just pool wasn’t for us

The breakfast was amazing, the location itself as well as the variety. Lots of sunlight, high quality snacks, friendly staff, I enjoyed it. The furniture of the room was nice. The hotel also offers a nice pool and sauna in the basement, a bit small but enough to get awake by swimming a couple of lanes.
It was incredible loud in my room, facing the street, I requested another one but they were not especially supportive here. I really liked the pool but one should clean the windows more than once all 2 months. I asked the a hotel for an offer for a group stay in July.. it totally screwed up, organizational as well as demanding like a 30% higher price than I got when booking the same on the web.

Great hotel, especially location (100m from Tiergarten, Berlin Zoo, Berlin Bikini), you may just walk to the center 15min, very easy to reach from airport also. There is bus station in front of the hotel. And very comfortable and clean beds. The staff are very friendly.
Bottle Water was put only once for first day to the room free also tea and coffee . Even a small water will be better if they put every day.
