Location is great, especially if you are visiting a nearby embassy.
It was mostly clean.
The outdoor seating shown in many pictures is not available during, e.g., breakfast; it is for bar customers only, not hotel guests.
There is no room service or option to, e.g., get breakfast to your room.
The AC in the room made lots of noise which kept us up at night, even when turned off (they tried to fix it, but it did it again the next night).
The wardrobe has a light that is supposed to come on when you open the door but the door opens on its own all the time, turning the light on (we switched off the light with the power switch to not be bothered).
The wifi is not password protected, so we did not dare to use it; there should be a secure wifi for hotel guests.
Everything looks quite worn, e.g., the hotel room floor was scraped all over by the beds having been moved.
While things that are cleaned daily are well cleaned, but more "fixed" things like the side of the bed frame, the walls, etc, are stained.
The room was not very sound-proof; we could hear, e.g., flushing, showering, movement etc from neighbors.
The "king size" bed is just two single beds moved together, still with separate mattresses; there is a gap in between them.
Very minor, but the name of the city is misspelled "Berlim" twice in the TV info screen in the room.

The breakfast was great !
The staff was very unfriendly to me after I complained about the AC. We had to sleep for two days without air conditioning, and it was extremely hot inside the room.
They only changed our room after two days, which is honestly unacceptable.
On top of that, we had reserved a parking spot in advance. We left the parking space for about one hour, and when we came back, the staff had given it to someone else for no reason that was explained to us.
As a result, we were left without parking in the middle of the night, even though we needed to rest because our flight was early the next morning.

The breakfast was amazing, the location itself as well as the variety. Lots of sunlight, high quality snacks, friendly staff, I enjoyed it. The furniture of the room was nice. The hotel also offers a nice pool and sauna in the basement, a bit small but enough to get awake by swimming a couple of lanes.
It was incredible loud in my room, facing the street, I requested another one but they were not especially supportive here. I really liked the pool but one should clean the windows more than once all 2 months.
I asked the a hotel for an offer for a group stay in July.. it totally screwed up, organizational as well as demanding like a 30% higher price than I got when booking the same on the web.

Great hotel, especially location (100m from Tiergarten, Berlin Zoo, Berlin Bikini), you may just walk to the center 15min, very easy to reach from airport also. There is bus station in front of the hotel. And very comfortable and clean beds. The staff are very friendly.
Bottle Water was put only once for first day to the room free also tea and coffee . Even a small water will be better if they put every day.

The staff were exeptionally friendly (front desk, maids, everyone). They even helped us track down a lost iPhone, and later to check out the bikes the hotel had available to rent. The room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed. Great location near the Tiergarten and the Kurfurstendam.

Very clean room and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed it and also the facilities were decent. Probably return back soon.
The TV had some problems and it was missing the jacuzzi in the facilities.

The room is very convenient, good breakfast.
Generally, the staff were very nice. However, during check-in and again the next day, when i took my bag, there was one staff member and she was not particularly friendly. It’s not a major issue, but since the overall experience was excellent, this slightly affected the impression.

personally I really liked the friendliness of the staff. They understood my demands quickly and gave me the best option available for parking, for example. Good vibes all around. I am thinking of coming again this year.
I would surely have enjoyed a bigger pool, a larger space for the sauna and gym. The parking prices are a bit high. And the cleaning personnel is something I could have enjoyed seeing more. The wifi also. It is very slow and sometimes not working.

Was just a wonderful stay all staff were polite and helpful breakfast was delicious and so plentiful a restaurant at night could be helpful but I found many excellent restaurants pretty close buy the bus system while at times crowded is very useful and efficient
