The Pension was quiet. no noise in teh night. The service was good. We had no complains

The location was nice and very clean. The breakfast was a complete buffet that I enjoyed so much. The bed was quite comfortable and the heating system worked fine. Even though I did not speak German, the hostess was very kind and attentive to what I asked for.
Imagine arriving at this Pension and finding in the second door two signs written only in German sometime after midnight when you are a German Speaker... What I mean is that the hostess should write signs at least in English as an additional language that most travelers could manage. The price could be better...

Close to public transit and access to all points of interest.
There was no lift, and for elderly travelers carrying suitcases up and down a winding staircase, it was a problem. There was no staff to assist. There was also no air conditioning in the room, and Berlin was experiencing a heat wave while we were there.

Very good communication and complaisant with agreements. The is a solid last resort accommodation which works on short notice.
The facilities have lived already quite a bit, they are still functioning well and clean though.

The nice breakfast and even nicer people, as well as the overall, relaxing vibe. The very personal communication with Judith was kind of assuring and comfortable, as well.
Nothing, really. It's a little bit of track, but that makes for interesting adventures.
