Wonderful
Room: comfortable and proper, relatively quiet Bed: comfortable Bathroom: ok Staff were friendly and helpful Wifi: good Breakfast: good Location: quite near the metro Kurfürstenstrasse and bus station. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs, which can conveniently be visited. Overall good value for money
In some respect, the room could have been cleaner

Very Poor
The location was not the one we booked. From the check in, which was in a restaurant, they sent us 1 km away to another location and the breakfast was not were we slept so we had to walk back to the restaurant. There was no warm water in the evening and the pictures of the facilities did not match reality. The breakfast was fine but there were no clean dishes.

Pleasant
The hotel has a great location, with easy access to public transport (metro), making it convenient to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and calm.
The breakfast selection was quite limited and rather basic. It would benefit from a wider variety and more frequent replenishment of food. There were also not always enough clean dishes available. Additionally, when it gets crowded, there is not enough seating for guests, and the breakfast time of only 1.5 hours feels too short.

clean, quiet, affordable
toe jam at bathroom door was tripping hazard. Ground floor bedroom window had no shade and someone smoking in the yard was looking in. Single pillow was overly large, so two smaller pillows would have been appreciated. The blanket was too small for the bed. There were only rolls of toilet paper however no facial tissues which would have been appreciated. Had to walk farther than expected. Not easy to reach front desk by phone.

Very Poor
Why did the reception ask me to move to another address hundreds of meters away? I need to walk back to Pension ABC every morning for breakfast. The room is different from the pictures in my booking as well? Why?
I did not like it, because I was asked to change room from Pension ABC to LV accommodation. I made the booking at Pension ABC, not the other one! It was loud outside of the window at night. There were also mosquito to keep me awake at night...

The pension has moved to a new property about a kilometer away—with modern studios equipped with cooking facilities.
Nobody told us about the move and the long walk! This made having breakfast at the old place impractical (we had to skip it). The TV wasn’t working.

I liked the location and the local feel. The location was close to where I needed to be and convenient.
The view may have been my least favorite thing yet it was bright because of the sun that day.

Location is good, value for money is also good. People on the reception and staff serving the breakfast are also very friendly and polite.
Only negative experience I had with cleaning lady. She is rude and she is not for working in hospitality industry.
