Amazing stuff, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in an impressive, beautiful, old castle-like building. The pool and the sauna were great. The hotel is far from the center but in a very interesting part of Berlin.
The breakfast buffet is okay, nothing exceptional. Dinner in the hotel was overpriced for what it was.

The building is gorgeous. We loved the saunas. The location is idyllic.
We didn't have a coffee machine. We had to ask for the hair dryer. The toiletries weren't great, there was no hair conditioner. When we called reception or room service we didn't get a response and had to call several times. The toilet light had a loud high pitch noise whenever it was on.

The breakfast was a joke, they served the cheapest and I found a fly in the cereal.
I booked a room for 3 people and got to stay in a room for 2 people with a double bed and an extra bed that was very uncomfortable. After one night I canceled my reservation and was supposed to get the money back for 3 more nights that I had booked from the start. A month has passed and I still haven't received the money back. I had a terrible experience and I'm still fighting to receive my money with no luck. The staff at the hotel are disrespectful towards their clients. Moreover, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The room was dirty and old. The overall standard is very low, I would personally prefer to stay at the cheap hostel in Berlin than at this hotel. I would strongly recommend to stay away. The breakfast was a joke, they served the cheapest and I found a fly in the cereal, disgusting! Shame on you, Schlosshotel Berlin by Patrick Hellmann! I'm traumatized.

The hotel property is exceptionally beautiful and well designed. Staff was attentive and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it is easy to get to city center. Food was wonderful and overall, our stay was enjoyable.
There was an event transforming the hotel into a club atmosphere one of the nights during our stay. The music went very late. We were not given warning until the day of and of course we would have stayed elsewhere had we known. While guests of the hotel were invited, we were also expected to pay the table bottle service fee, and it was very clearly for youthso invited but not. Just check for any events scheduled before booking.
