It is a beautiful a beautiful property in a beautiful, peaceful area of Berlin. The breakfast was very good, and I highly recommend including it with your booking. The rooms are spacious and beautifully done. Each room has a different look, feel, and color scheme. I had an unfortunate incident with a rude front desk staff person. I understand that things happen and people have off days, and what I like is that the matter was beautifully and graciously remedied by the hotel's general manager. The manager handled attentively and quickly it in a way that let me know that the behavior of the staff person was not reflective of the hotel's attitude toward guests. Overall, the staff was friendly, kind, informative, and very helpful. I will return, and I will bring my family.
The initials of the designer who is responsible for the look of the room interiors features prominently in the rooms. His initials are everywhere...even stitched on the towles, framed on the wallks, and etched in the glass of the shower door...it actually screams and feels a bit overdone.

It was my mom's birthday, and everything was perfect, couldn't have been better. Our room was ready upon arrival; we shared two rooms; it was absolutely gorgeous, and we were more than happy. They brought champagne to our room right away, and we congratulated Mom. It was absolutely amazing. Then we sat at the bar; the cocktails were amazing, and we ordered room service. There was a wide selection for me, and everything was prepared and delivered very quickly. The food was fantastic, and they fulfilled all our wishes. The breakfast was simply magnificent; for the first time, I was able to make a Bloody Mary for breakfast; it was a surprise. I travel a lot and stay in 5+ hotels, but you rarely get such exceptional service, especially in Germany. We were then allowed to use the spa area until the evening; the pool is amazing. The hotel staff is very customer-oriented. We will definitely be back

Loud party in the hotel until 2am! We were limited in our room with loud noise outside and unable to use the facility of the hotel. In the bathroom - the cheapest kind of toilet paper and soaps and the door can’t close all the way through. This hotel used to be magnificent but the standard really declined (also in breakfast) and we will not be coming back again!

Very nicely preserved aristocratic building. Nice location outside Berlin.
Some areas in the lobby (eg bar)were closed to the guests. Indoor pool area relatively cold and steam bath not working. Temperature of water could be higher. Fireplace not working. Piety because the area is really nice and cosy.

I stayed at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout my visit I felt completely at home, thanks to the refined ambiance, carefully selected materials and thoughtful design. The staff is exceptional — professional, discreet, and genuinely eloquent, with manners that are rare to find today. The restaurant offers outstanding food: delicious, beautifully presented, and impeccably prepared. What truly sets this hotel apart is the subtle dash of art present in every corner. My stay was magical, and I definitely plan to return.
A gentle recommendation: expanding the selection of gluten-free and plant-based dishes in teh restaurant menu — including dessert options at the bar — would be a valuable addition to an already exceptional offering. I believe many guests would truly appreciate it.

We had am amazing stay at this wonderfull building. Staff is so friendly, the waiter is definetely a character to remember and fit the scene. As well all our requests were met and receptionist helped with every question. Scenery is a wonderfull photosplt as well.
Aur Ventilation in the room is very noisy and makes a high tune which bothered one of us falling asleep.
