Breakfast was great - lots of choice, although quite expense per person. The rooms were clean and nice. Location is very central and easy to walk to Kudamm.
In general the staff was professional and helpful. Unfortunately one of the reception staff was rather unhelpful with a question I had at check-out regarding the invoice (it is not possible to show the breakfast amount on the invoice if you have not pre-paid as part of the original booking as it then needs to be paid directly rather than being charged to the room).. Long story, not sure why this is such an issue. However a more understanding attitude would have gone a long way even if it still wasn't possible. Also one of the lifts was out of order while we stayed there. You also hear a certain amount of noise from the street

The hotel has a beautiful lobby, breakfast room, and decent breakfasts. The room was small, cozy, and clean, and all the plumbing worked perfectly.
The window faces a noisy road, making it uncomfortable when open. I wanted a stream of fresh air, but the automatic air conditioning made it impossible to adjust.
