I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and am in the hospitality industry and I have to say this was one of the best examples of hospitality done right i have ever seen 6 stars to their staff and management.
I don't like that they don't have a spa, but they are not advertising that they do, so that is just me wanting something that isn't part of their hotel program

The room was quite small but well-appointed and comfortable for a solo traveler. I had the 25, which I believe is the 3rd size room. For two travelers I would probably choose the next size up. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is stylish in a warm and cozy way, I especially loved the lounge area. The fitness room was larger than I expected and well set up. All the staff I encountered were friendly and eager to assist. The hotel left a small Christmas gift outside every room one morning in December, which I thought was a lovely gesture.
The hotel restaurant apparently is fairly popular (they have a TV celebrity chef), so don't count on being able to eat there unless you have a prior reservation. There is no staff by the door of the hotel, which, by the way, is very easy to miss.

Absolutely top notch! Service was fantastic. Hands-down best breakfast I had in Berlin!
I had a courtyard view room which was honestly lovely and felt private, but I do wonder if a park view would’ve been a cherry on top of the whole stay.

The man at the reception was very friendly.
The breakfast buffet costs €29 per Person, eggs, cheese and meat excluded. So, we spent €70 for the two of us. That's too expensive, imho.
