The staff are cooperative, the room is kept clean and the location of the hotel is great not to forget the breakfast is really amazing and recommended
The fact that you will have to pay for basic requirements even stove, which is usually available whenever you book hotel apartments, I can understand that you might need to pay for kitten utensils but why would one pay for a stove

The room was very comfortable and clean.
the kitchen is currently very basic with just a kettle, a small fridge, and a sink. It would be a great improvement if you could add a small stove, a microwave, or some basic kitchen essentials to make it more useful for longer stays.

Location, room and all in all great.
It was supposed to be a kitchenette(or something) in the room, but I found it was only a sink, nothing else, which was disappointing. And you had to pay 30 euros/day for a microwave, which were way expensive and not worth it.

Location is good, close to s-bahn that takes you directly to the airport. AC works very well
The shower was clogged. We had to ask 4 times for someone to fix it. Bedsheets were not changed every day, and some of them were stained. The bathroom wall was also stained. The kitchen only has mugs, but no utensils. With some renovation and a more proactive staff this could be a decent hotel.

The location was good, 15 mins only to the center and front to a shopping mall with more restaurants and cafes nearby Room size was fine, comfortable bed The staff was friendly especially the hotel manager was very kind and helpful a big thank to him..
The hotel and rooms were too hot although it has AC, but very low and can’t make it high.. The fridge also hot Bathroom size very small

I stayed in hotel apartment but don't had any kitchen accessorizes like a plate . spoon,knife and... . staff were unprofessional and no welcome. breakfast and the breakfast Solon was fantastic . that hotel was good but atmosphere of the location of hotel was awful . this area was very different with other side of Berlin

We liked the location and cleanliness of rooms.
The staff couldn't communicate in proper German or English. They were arrogant, the prime answer is no without thinking or checking the options. We have booked a standard studio, this studio is a very small room without a setting area (they claim that a makeup chair located near a small triangular table near the TV, that is not made to set and relax is the setting area) meaning no setting area, in our opinion, a room without setting area is not fill under the definition of a studio. The staff offered us an upgrade with extra fees, we agreed to upgrade and we paid the cost of upgrading, after confirming the upgrade they told us they don't have a free bigger studio, so they offered a room in the hotel that has two separate beds, the beds have two pillows one large and one small that fits our needs. The room contains non smart TV, nothing to watch or to broadcast in 2025. A day after, the manager offered us the bigger studio, we agreed to move to the bigger studio, with money compensation and free car parking place. But upon confirming the condition they claimed that they offered us compensation or free parking, not both, we chose to take the parking place. While staying in the bigger studio, We asked for smaller pillows but the staff said they don't have them (althoug we used such during our stay in the hotel room). The kitchen has nothing but a kettle, no utensils, nothing. The place is not recommended for more than one or two nights. Overall, our experience was very bad.

My first stay I was very impressed with the restaurant. Unfortunately I'm staying here again the room is better but very disappointed with the restaurant meals. Not as good as first visit. Think they've changed the chef.

The room is clean. Cleaning is done every day. Location is very strategic, in front of a shopping mall and a station.
I thought the apartment would provide a kitchen where I could cook for myself. This is more like a hotel room.

clean, modern, safe, great location right next to Gesundbrunnen station
The lady at the front desk did not explain well that I had to go outside and then back in another door to get to my room.
