Nice location, near to public transport
Reception guy was hopeless - two times sent us to wrong rooms and only the third time was successful. Had to wait almost for an hour and go up and down because of his mistakes

Refurbished bedroom. The en-suite was very good too. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent, although I would like to have seen more egg options such as omelettes and poached eggs.
The fact we couldnt get dinner there on two nights when it would have been convenient for us. There was no explanation and only a scant apology. How can a hotel say they have a restaurant and then guests cant eat in.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main objects. A supermarket just around the corner. Quiet room even though a busy street is nearby.
Cleanliness! Dust on the head of the bed, on the ventilation hole, dirty curtains, walls, disgustingly dirty carpet, we also found unwashed glasses. This is really not acceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4 star.
