Excellent staff. Great and varied breakfast and good attention for travellers with kids. The location is also well placed in the heart of Berlin and allows for great strolls.
I always enjoy staying in NOVOTELs with the family and generally I find it a lovely experience. However, in this one the room (although spacious for 4) was incredibly hot at night The airco would not deliver at slow speeds but only at the maximum speed which turned to be a very noisy experience.
