Hot elements of breakfast were cold. Tea and coffee refills in room were limited/missed, when asked for replacement took over 40 mins.

My property was Clean and hotel staff was professional.
The sausages and hot dogs served at the breakfast buffet were generally made from pork, except for one, and I was annoyed because I don't eat pork. I hope the number of hams and sausages with beef and chicken will increase and the variety of the breakfast menu will increase.

Location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is ok but can be improved i.e. There is no tomato and cucumber at breakfast. There is not enough white cheese varity. I requested to continue our tea and coffee at lobby area with our cups unfortunately the supervisor lady who was on duty on 26th of January 2026 morning didnt allow us to carry our coffee. It is quite strange, beacuse breakfast area and lobby is less than 10 m.
The attitude of supervisor lady at breakfast on 26th of January 2026. She also didnt speak English and sounds rude to me. The elevators of the hotel does not work well. We stuck for some seconds with my son.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Berlin. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere made our family stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
