The hotel is in a good location. The rest was okay.
The staff at the entrance are not kind, and do not give a warm welcome feeling to their guests. They missed details in the room booking type that were requested well in advance, making the experience uncomfortable. Additionally the amenities are poor, no slippers or any nice touches. I would not recommend this hotel for any special occasion. Caution when booking a double/twin room as your request for double beds may not be taken into account either, so would not recommend for couples.

Breakfast was great, good location right near the river, easy access to public transport. Loved the quirky interior, live music and free sweeties !
Narrow choice of beer and was expensive. Toilet seat was broken.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The design, the music selection, and the sound quality throughout all the spaces are at a very high level. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is self-service, and the view of the river is a special pleasure.
The only thing that, in my opinion, could be improved is the room service menu.

Our room was great! I loved the decor and the bathroom. It had a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge. The bar area is great and the free sweets jar is a brilliant extra!
Despite having 5 elevators, we often had to wait an incredibly long time to get one! The breakfast buffet is really good but far too expensive.
