The room was very clean.
There was a light in the room that would not switch off. When I called hotel staff to fix it, they merely said there was nothing that they can do except just pull off the card and leave me without electricity! Despite repeated calls this was not fixed for the 3 nights I was there, except on the last day at which point it was just too little too late. They were not accommodative enough to change my room as well

The hotel exceeded my expectations: The rooms were really nice, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The beds were very confy. We did request rooms with windows towards the inner courtyard - so that you do not hear any noise from the S-Bahn tracks. Very, very queit - no sound from outside or other rooms.
The breakfast was superb for this level - variety of choices, very fresh, tasty.
The location is exceptionally good in Berlin Mitte. The S-Bahn Friedrichstrasse is 20 meters away, Easy walk to Museumsinsel, Hackesche Höfe, Alexanderplatz. A lot of coffee shops and an ALDI just aroung the corner.
A great price-quality ratio. Will definitely come again.
Actually, nothing to complain and nothing wrong.
The only small detail: If you wish to have amenities in your room (hygiene pack etc), you are supposed to scan a QR code and order what you need. This QR code and/or app did not work at all during our stay with a new Android phone. So no chance to order anything....

I always try to stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Berlin, it’s very close to the train station, which makes it perfect for traveling in the city and to the airport. The rooms are always clean. They always have some treats in the lobby and this time they had some extra treats for the holiday season which was perfect to truly enjoy the winter season vibes

The room was extremely quiet, even though it faced the train station. The breakfasts were extensive and delicious. They give you a ticket for a free glass of wine if you choose not to have your room cleaned which we took advantage of. The staff was extremely friendly. And the proximity to the Freiderichstrasse train station allowed us to hop on an S or U bahn going anywhere!

Excellent location near a transportation hub ( Bahnhof Friedrichstraße) and a short walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and major sites.
I stayed here a few years ago and the hotel seems a bit shabbier than I remember. Also, the hotel offers option of forgoing housekeeping in exchange for a voucher for a free drink. The policy is to reduce staff, not save the planet. I wish I was given the option to forgo fresh towels/linen daily but still at least have someone come in and make the bed and empty the trash.
