A great location right by public transport but also easy to walk to tourist spots and restaurants. We asked for a quiet room and got exactly that. The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was good.

Perfect location to explore Berlin. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom (rain shower, bidet). Good breakfast. My daughter loved the pancake machine.
One of the lifts was not working so we had to wait a bit longer at busy times.

This hotel has an unbeatable location right beside Friedrichstraße train station, making it easy to access all of the sights of Berlin by U-Bahn or S-Bahn. There are some very nice restaurants on nearby Georgentraße. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Any staff I interacted with were professional and polite, especially at the bar. The initiative of offering a free drink for each day you don't have your room cleaned was very welcome. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, including an omelette station.
Some minor cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathroom. Mould was forming on the sealant around the bathtub.
