Great location for Branderburg Gate and other local attractions. Easy access to public transport as well as hop-on-hop-off network.
The hotel’s address is 96 Fredrichstrasse; however, there’s nowhere to stop at that address. We were dropped off a block away, which is not ideal with 2 suitcases. We later found out that there’s another entrance, where cars can stop for drop off and pick up. It’s a one way street called Georgenstrasse. Our ‘superior’ room had seen better days in terms of aesthetic and maintenance. It was on the 2nd floor, facing the courtyard. Because of it, it was quite dark, despite lovely bright day outside. Towels were worn & gray-ish, and the amenities were limited. Not a 4* standard.

Great location nice room good breakfast.
They have this pre check in program. I picked room 640. The receptonist was quite rude and basically said bad luck you have room.... City view my bum. Just a shabby court yard. They did follow up with guest survey while staying there, and i could have had a face to face with manager but not a deal breaker so got on with it. You still had to fill out a form show ID anyway, so why bother with pre check in
