Wonderful
The hotel staff are wonderful. The restaurant offers a fantastic option of food and drinks. The location to the mall and train station is unbeatable. The room was adequate for our needs. The facility was in great shape.
There are no plugs in the bathroom to be able to get ready if you need anything that plugs in. Then there was no mirror in the bedroom with a plug nearby as well. The AC struggled. All in all was a great stay.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Just few steps from the metro station and 10-15 mins to all the main sightseeing spots by walk. Felt really safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. Will come back for sure and recommend for staying 10/10.

Wonderful
We had an excellent stay at NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse. The hotel is ideally located near Friedrichstrasse station, making it easy to explore Berlin and use public transportation. Our accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a separate living room that provided ample space to relax after a full day of sightseeing. I especially loved the shower, and the coffee was very good. The staff were welcoming, professional, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary sparkling and still water, along with the snacks in the lobby, were thoughtful touches that we greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a very well-run hotel in a superb location, and we would gladly stay here again.
Room lighting was a little dim for my taste. Also had some delays getting an elevator due to a conference in progress.

Super nice! The room felt nice and spacious and it seemed like a newer property than the Checkpoint Charlie location. The staff were very nice and helpful and the location was great. Very easy to walk to anything in the area!
This is going to sound insane but the bathroom door omgggg!! It was so heavy and there was no way to keep it open it always automatically closed itself? Maybe they xould provide a door stop or something if you want it to be open for a bit to go back and forth getting ready etc?
