Excellent location next to Friedrich Strasse Bahnhof with easy connections to airport and most of Berlin and walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping and night life.

The room was clean, the shower head was great and we loved that the windows opened to ventilate the room. Loved that the room had coffee pods and a tea kettle.
Check-in staff were good, but not great. I'm not sure we felt welcomed when we came in and out. I wish breakfast was included. I think you should leave room in the fridge for our own bottles and cans.

The hotel room is great, spacious with very comfort beds and big bathroom. we were lucky to get the room that is oriented oposite to S bahn as the S bahn station is near hotel.
The hotel is right next to the S bahn station so the rooms that are looking to S bahn are probably very noisy, however we were lucky to get the rooms oriented oposit to S bahn

Special thanks to Zehra. She is amazingly helpful and a nice person. I liked mainly everything about the hotel. Clean, nice entry smell, big rooms, comfortable beds. Very good location to reach any destination easily.
I havent tried breakfast. Cannot comment.
