Exceptional
Very nice room with comfortable beds, spotless bathroom and good hot shower. Breakfast excellent with big variety including scrambled eggs. Staff were super helpful when we accidentally left a phone in a taxi, they did everything they could to get it back and we were successful. Easy to get to from the airport by train & a 15 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz station.

The staff was amazing, the room was great, super clean and comfortable, the location was fantastic.
The twin beds could've been a little further apart and the walls are pretty thin, I believe.

Room was cozy, staff was kind and easy to work with. The location was decent, it was relatively close to public transit. Nearby shopping and food options were good.
I was not a huge fan of the bed, I woke up each morning feeling stiff. No other issues with the stay.

Great location and good value. Comfortable and nice staff.
Had a 2 twin bed room; room a little small but comfortable. Did not request daily room cleaning but did not see cleaning staff at all during our stay; lots of self service for small room amenities (cups, tea, coffee, etc). Breakfast buffet was average.

Nice, modern hotel. The room was relatively spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a comfortable bed and a great shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer—a huge plus, as many hotels in Berlin don’t have AC. Conveniently located near metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.

The room was nice
Booked the room since breakfest and parking should be available, but a day before check in I got a msg dispaying the list of prices for things that the booking listing shows are part of the facilities. Also trying to communicate with the hotel via booking msg was impossible, they would just send a broken link and tell me to look there for what available. Also if the hotel cannot provide twin beds as requested they can let me know before I show up. And one of the workers scoffed when I asked how am I supposed to share a bed and blenket with someone I'm not intimate with. Go spend you money elsewhere, when you'll be respected
