The hotel was very clean, the room was quiet and the staff was very polite
When we checked in nothing was plugged in in the room, I had to crawl on the floor behind the desk to plug in the fridge and the phone cable, which was mildly uncomfortable.
Also, on check out, I was asked to pay another couple of euros because they said there was a difference between the price charged by Booking and the actual price (they said there was some mistake). Since it was just a couple of Euros I just paid it since I was in a hurry to catch my flight, but I find it a bit unfair that this would be asked of me when checking out and not mentioned before hand, and also this is something that should have been closed between the hotel and Booking, I don't think it is reasonable to ask for more money from a customer at checkout.
Other than that the hotel was fine and comfortable.

Great location, close to the metro, and a nice hotel lobby
Outdated rooms! The carpet is gross and everything feels like it has not been updated since 1970.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, the property is very nice and comfortable.
Unfortunately, during our stay there were renovation works with very loud drilling and hammering noises. Neither Booking nor the hotel informed us about these repairs in advance, not even at check-in. This was especially disappointing because we clearly mentioned from the beginning that my husband would be teleworking and had important online meetings during the following days. At reception we were actually told that the rooms were very quiet, which was not the case.
It was a real pity, as we liked the hotel very much and were planning to return at the end of our vacation, but at checkout we were informed that the construction works will continue until March.

Wonderful
Our room was large, modern, and comfortable, with a good shower, a nice firm bed, and probably the best pillows we've had in two months of traveling around Germany. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was an easy walk to good restaurants, bakeries, shops, and the U-bahn, S-bahn, and trams. With the window closed, the room was very quiet, and we slept wonderfully. We appreciated the in-room kettle and the noon checkout time!
It would be nice if the hotel had a fitness room for exercising.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms with a mini fridge and rain shower. We arrived by car and had the opportunity to park our car in the hotel garage. The breakfast was delicious, and the variety was good. There is nothing to complain about. I am looking forward to book this hotel again next year.

Clean and very comfortable rooms. Located close to restaurants, super markets and train connections. Nice staff at the reception. Nearby parks for kids to play.
The showers in the washroom are way too complicated and difficult to understand and regulate hot / cold water. Better to simply.

Shower was leaking water to bathroom. Ended up having swimming pool instead of bathroom.
