Very nice hotel, approx. 2km from Alexanderplatz, but train stops or shared bikes just outside of the hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms very clean and nicely decorated
Very good value for money, if that is the only criterion, I'd give 10
did not eat breakfasts, so can not assess that element. Alexander platz and Mitte so close that you shall try and eat out! But there is a pizzeria 200m from the hotel (at the corner) which was always full of young people and smelled really nice!
Spacious parking place in an underground parking and for a good price, which may be a problem in some hotels in the center of Berlin
walls not very soundproof, so you need silent neighbours :)

The hotel is a little way outside of the main centre but we were aware of that and that was our preference (approx. 20 min walk but there are other options). The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent and breakfast was good and kept us going for most of the day.
Although there is a large free bottle of water in your room when you arrive, we forgot to buy another and had to buy one from the self-service shop near to reception. 4.5 euros seemed a bit excessive for a small bottle of water but I guess that's hotel prices. Made sure to remember on the following evening and got 2 bottles for 3 euros from the shop next door.
