This 4-star boutique hotel is in a historic building in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin, within 10 or 15 minutes of the city center by public transport. It offers classical-style rooms, original works of art, and great transport connections. The rooms and suites of the Myer's Hotel Berlin feature high ceilings, fine wood, and paintings. All rooms also include manually adjustable air conditioning. Pictures by local artists are displayed in Myer's Hotel Berlin's courtyard. The Senefelder Platz Underground Station is only a 3-minute walk from Myer's Hotel. The famous Alexanderplatz square is just 1 stop away. The breakfast was great, the location was perfect, the staff were friendly. It was a beautiful room and a nice hotel overall.
One of the drains clogged and hair started floating up. Likely from the previous guest who probably shaved. It was disgusting. The toilet also did not feel throughly cleaned. The remote to the TV also barely worked with half of the buttons doing absolutely nothing. It made it hard to enjoy a day staying in the room when my boyfriend was under the weather.

Location in Prenzlaur Berg was good on a nice quiet street with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice old building with lots of character. The breakfast was good with an extensive choice.
After we had checked out and had booked a taxi we got stuck in the lift between the lobby and courtyard. It took over 20 minutes to get us out as the staff didnt know what to do initially but he persisted and we got out. There was a bit of panic but We made our train just.

Pleasant location in a mixed residential / commercial neighborhood about 15 minutes from the city center. Nice local restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff on-site.

I like everything about the propertythe rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the neighborhood, the common spaces, etc. I have stayed here at least six times and will continue to do so whenever I am lucky enough to return to Berlin.
There is really nothing I dont like. The hotel is not situated in the heart of the city, but the M2 tram on the corner takes one to Alexanderplatz in a few minutes and one cam get anywhere in the city easily from there.

Good breakfast. Room size was large.close to tram 2. Has AC. Staff helpful. Room had a nice large desk.
No wash cloths. A small tea kettle would be helpful. Not close to grocery stores. Room was very dark in decoration and was somewhat depressing.A bathroom and a desk one would be helpful.
