The location and close proximity of local transport connections and attractions in berlin. The staff were also friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The fact that the double bed in my room did not split out into two single beds, as so often seen in hotel rooms elsewhere.

Great value for the price, amazing location 2 min away from Potsdamer Platz station (very easy to reach from airport, only takes 30 min). Room is on the smaller side but has everything you need, plus a pretty nice view of the city. Would def book again next trip!

Great location, super clean and very friendly staff. The train station (U2) is just a minute walk from the hotel, which is really comfortable and the Potsdamer Platz big station is also really close, from which you can get a train both to the Berlin outlet and the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants all around (inside and outside the mall of Berlin). A very vivid area.
No small refrigerator/minibar in the room, which I find a bit strange for this level of price.

Excellent location for transport links. Lovely bar area and the unlimited breakfast was perfect at the start of a busy day sightseeing.
Would have liked tea & coffee facilities in the room .... and maybe a fridge.
