The location is super convenient from the central station. The staff were so amazing and helpful… they helped check me in early as I arrived from a long haul flight earlier than expected.
The shower wasn’t fully blocked off so the bathroom can get a bit wet

The room was quiet. The staff was very friendly. It was good to be able to have the breakfast early on marathon day.
For breakfast I would have expected scramble egg and pancake. Since it was a marathon weekend.

This is a very loud location because it is on a busy road. The staff helped by moving us to a quieter side of the building which was very kind, albeit with a smaller bed. The location is great because it is a short walk to the train station. But could have just got another train to a quieter neighborhood.
It was hot in the room and they don’t have a fan or a/c given the time of year so we had to sleep with the windows open and there are sirens blaring all night. This is not the staffs fault, they were great. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was very convenient — just a 3–4 minute walk from the train station if you exit from the right side. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough.
The room felt a bit small, there was no refrigerator, and the wardrobe was too small to be useful. The breakfast was disappointing for the price. Overall, I paid a lot but I didn’t feel I got the value I expected.

Wonderful
The breakfast was incredibly clutch to have each morning during our stay! Additionally, since I was there to run the Berlin Marathon, the location could NOT be beat. Easy to hop on the Tram to get around the city, the quickest of walks to the Berlin Central Station to get to the Marathon Expo, and a quick walk to the starting line. Exceptionally pleased with my stay here.
